Hello! I couldn't find a thread, so I'm starting one. I'm due on the 5th. My DPs 40th birthday!

Due 4th November according to app.

I hope it sticks, I'm nervous with testing before my period is due. I've tested yesterday and today to make it seem more real 😬 AF was due tomorrow.
OH is super excited already, said if it's a girl she's never leaving the house and when she's a teenager he'll be following her round town 😂 I love seeing how happy he is about it all. This will be our first child, hoping it all works out

Yeoooooooo · 24/02/2019 12:32

According to the app I’m also 4th November.

This is our first and I’m excited but nervous too that everything will work out!

Needadoughnut · 24/02/2019 12:34

Thumper I know the feeling. I tested four days before my period was due with an Asda cheapie (not even a FRER) and got a very decent positive. I still find it odd to know I'm pregnant before AF is due. (That would be tomorrow).

4th November according to my app. Gonna try and get in to the gp this week though online it says they're booked up for 4 weeks. Will have to phone and say its more urgent than that! Just hoping everything goes to plan and works out. Wish I'd lost more weight before hand now. Though I suspect I'll still lose a bit before I get bigger given I have absolutely no desire for anything vaguely resembling junk food right now. The thought of grease and sugar are turning my stomach somewhat.

I think my due date is the 4th too. 😀

Erismorn · 24/02/2019 16:25

Can I join you please? Just did this test which I'm fairly sure is positive (cross came up while I was still weeing on it before the control line) and dates put me at the 31st October, which probably means November 😂.

This is our second, DD is 4. We won't be telling her (or anyone else) till after the 12 week scan. Although I'd my current rate of bloating continues it'll be blatantly obvious to the entire world in about 6 days Blush

Mine has worked out at 29th rather than the 31st not that it matters much. Hope its still OK to hang around in here 🥰

Hi ladies, I've found out we are expecting, I did a test last night and a clear positive same as This morning. The only issues we have is back in January I miss. I was told if I haven't had AF in 6 weeks to test again. Is there any possible way to find out when I could have fallen as I haven't had AF sunscreen December the 1st

Needadoughnut · 24/02/2019 17:40

@babybee I think possibly you want to use a digital that gives out how many weeks since conception

1st November here.

Although bet baby will arrive on my sisters birthday (4th)

Miller2 · 24/02/2019 18:39

@babybee2019 I've been told you'll be given an accurate date at your first scan anyway when they take measurements etc.

Naughtysausage · 24/02/2019 18:43

@babybee2019 I think if you stress you don't know how pregnant you are to your midwife they (might) give you an early dating scan.

Em39ma · 24/02/2019 18:50

Hi all.
I’m due on the 28th October and same as the others the October lot seem so far ahead.
My first, but second pregnancy, miscarriage in October ( I fell on the pill, so that one was a big surprise)
I got a very strong line 13th February, wasn’t due AF until the Sunday but decided to test and got this.
So 2days late tried a CB date and got this .
Bit confused how I can be that far along, and the MS has really kicked in.

Hi everyone

I hope I can join this thread I am currently due 31st October but first scan I think will place early November as due date.

First time pregnancy, so constantly freaking out that my test was lying to me.

Miller2 · 24/02/2019 19:57

@sapphirek same here. I go from happy, to freaking out, to crying, to worrying, to thinking I've not a clue what I'm doing and then back to happy again! 🤣

tigsyboo · 24/02/2019 19:57

Hello ladies
I've been lurking for a while but wondered if I can join?

I'm 35 and this is number 1 (although I have 2 full-time step sons 9 and 5)
I had a MMC at 9 weeks and ERPC in November that really shattered me and trying to be cautious this time with getting too excited.

I'm due on 1st Nov and got my bfp (well, 4 bfps on 2 frers, a clearblue fertility monitor and an Internet cheapie... just to be sure!) a week ago today.

I'll probably be a lurker, as trying to stick my head in the sand a bit as have no symptoms to speak of and trying not to get carried away with myself.

Xxx

Needadoughnut · 24/02/2019 20:01

@Em39ma I think that means the last day of your last period was at least 5 weeks from the moment you took the test.
