I've not finished catching up yet. Congratulations to the newbies and just to say, a cold is an early pregnancy symptom 😱 that, chapped lips and a dry mouth are also pregnancy symptoms :)

I have a really dry mouth too!

@KMic I am only aware of symptoms this time as I now realise they were symptoms from baby 1. My symptoms didn't kick in until about week 8/9. By week 10 I was wishing that I hadn't wished for them as my morning sickness wasn't manageable by then. My earliest symptoms was when I turned my upper body around quickly with my feet remaining in place I would feel like my tummy was having pulled muscles. I have no symptoms apart from that this time.

@Fae1989 I had warm baths all the way through my last pregnancy. I bought a bath/room thermometer from Amazon and made sure it was about 38 degrees and I would keep topping it up. If you get out the bath and you are pretty red or you are sweating in the bath then it is too hot. It's about you feeling like you are overheating then you will be overheating the baby too.

38 degrees is still pretty warm.

Oh and your first roasting hot bath post birth is THE BEST THING EVER. Well obviously not as good as welcoming a new human into the world but it's pretty close!

@KMic I wouldn't worry, my sisters a midwife and had three kids and said you normally get symptoms at 6weeks onwards and that she didn't have any until she was 10weeks with my niece! Everybody's different, so don't stress the now💕

@Notanotherpawpatrol yeah she had a massive go at me for not supporting her yesterday via text 💁🏼‍♀️

Survived dinner with the in-laws, got a non alcoholic Heineken and hid the label (technically it's 0.5%) but my mum didn't know she was pregnant and gave birth to my brother on a hangover so I figured I'd be fine 😂

Now I'm off to lightly poach myself in a bath🛀🛀

@avacadooo I'm telling on you, naughty naughty 😂😂 only reason I ever asked about baths was because I really love a hot bath with Lush bits in but I do have them piping hot. There is a much better phrase to use than poaching 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

@KMic I'm almost 7w and still only getting very mild nausea and occasional sore boobs. The only major symptom is pain in my right hip which worries me as i got PGP quite badly next time

@Fae1989 it's mainly paperwork... you get your handheld notes, I think they check whether you have any reason for consultant care. At ours they book your scan. Weight, height, blood pressure and urine

I had a dream I drank a fish that looked like nemo last night, which is great for anyone who doesn't have a phobia of them 😂

Talking of weird dreams, I had the most horrific one the other night 😱 dd2 died in a horrific way. I couldn't get back to sleep, I was checking on her every 10 mins and waking dh to go and check on her too. I was properly shaking and crying, it took me a while to realise it wasn't real. I'd forgotten about the vivid, very real pregnancy dreams 😭😭

Jenmumma twice now I have sent dh to McDonald's 😳 once was at midnight, he had to visit 2 in order to find one open. The other was a much more respectable time of 9pm 😂
