Lidl trousers aren't that posh😂. Today I'm wearing ones my friend gave me, supposed to be under bump, but as my bump isn't quite there they just provide some extra waist room....

ellsbells90 · 19/06/2018 09:22

I did buy over bump ones from h&m - amazing! But... don't think I'm quite big enough for them yet, find myself pulling it up all day long haha

WrideD · 19/06/2018 10:37

@li15 You must be due around the exact same time as me then, that's exciting! Haha, I'm sure you look grand, I was like that in work, I thought everyone would just think 'wow she got fat really quick'. I'm not sure cos I have IBS whether bloating is making mine seem bigger than it should really be.

Regarding the trouser situation, I've just been slumming it in leggings, I never normally wear them out of the house but they are so ridiculously comfy and for work been wearing the only pair of jeans that fit, a size 10 and I'm normally a 6. Cellulite on my legs and thighs has been the worst thing so far to cope with apart from sickness.

li15 · 19/06/2018 12:44

@WrideD I am due 3rd November. Sorry about your ibs that can't help. I am getting bloated and windy as it is! Hate the cellulite! Hopefully that will fade when baby here Smile
And yes I've been living in leggings too and stretchy skirts. Avoiding jeans just need comfort! Won't be long though before I'm investing in some new gear! X

Argh all you skinny minnies with your bumps... Still just fat here!!

GreenGooner · 19/06/2018 18:53

Me too @another 😂😂

AnotherOriginalUsername · 19/06/2018 20:14

There's definitely something going on under the flab and I have a bump when I lie flat on my back (and all the flab spills to the sides!)

orangejuicer · 19/06/2018 20:22

I've definitely become rounder so maybe showing a little.
Had my consultant review today - just talked through my notes and about me being 'slightly overweight', bless him trying to be sensitive!
What's happening with you guys at the moment?

AnotherOriginalUsername · 19/06/2018 20:42

Nothing much happening here at all! Still wondering if I'm actually pregnant...zero symptoms since day 1, sailing along quite happily and feeling great whilst my pregnant colleagues are dying on a daily basis. They totally hate me Grin

RehReh2018 · 19/06/2018 21:08

I'm also due 15th! Can't work out if the feelings are baby moving or just random feelings!!

RehReh2018 · 19/06/2018 21:09

Anyone in the Birmingham area due in November? Looking to meet other mum's to be!

owmn · 19/06/2018 21:34

So happy to have found this thread, what a perfect place for my first MN post! Grin

I’m 16+2 and we’ve booked a gender scan for tomorrow afternoon because my partner can’t contain his excitement to find out, bless him. After always saying pre-pregnancy that I wasn’t sure I’d want to, I can’t wait! We also get a quick look at little one in 4D, so hopefully they’re co-operating (only took the sonographer 90 minutes to get baby to move into a position to get our screening measurements)!

I’ve been back and forth over whether I look bump-y for weeks now! I think it’s mainly bloating and the result of my first trimester carb binge tbh Blush

newlywedmum · 20/06/2018 00:56

@li15 No worries about the IBS, I'm used to it, had it for 10 years now. Hopefully I'm so used to excruciating cramps that labour will be a doddle! 😬😅 Good luck with your scan tomorrow! Definitely hoping the cellulite calms down soon and hopefully disappears after birth too!

Is anyone feeling movement yet? I'm 20 weeks on Thursday and mine's been moving a lot last two days and had my first little kicks today, so cute 😍

ellsbells90 · 20/06/2018 11:36

They do crack me up these 'traaaaaseers' (cockney accent) - Finally getting a bump I think though right in time for 18 weeks!!

Definitely didn't mean to post the pic with my mug in it 😂😂🙈! Ffs

Hiya! 🤷🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

FarMack · 20/06/2018 14:16

Look at you all with your bumps! I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and still pretty much no bump 😩 Though I am 5'9" so maybe it's just because I'm tall?

newlywedmum · 20/06/2018 14:34

It's really difficult to take a bump pic without putting your face in accidently, I've been there! That's looking like a nice little bump to me! I think height makes a huge difference, I'm only 5'1 so there's nowhere else for mine to go but outwards I'm guessing!

AB95 · 20/06/2018 20:44

@FarMack I'm 17 weeks tomorrow too!

I got my clothing delivery on Monday because nothing was fitting and my emotional state just couldn't cope with not 'feeling nice' - diva moment! I've been really poorly with low blood pressure so this was a nice treat.

My partner is 6'3, I'm 5'3 and apparently my uterus is already higher than average so just over here preparing myself for a huge baby! 🙈

....

Still just fat...

....

AnotherOriginalUsername · 20/06/2018 21:03

Reckon I'll have a bump at about 37 weeks if I'm lucky 😂

Emma198 · 20/06/2018 22:43

Saw consultant yesterday on account of me being fat Grin all she's doing is putting me in for an extra couple of growth scans but happy for me to be midwife led, has anyone else had similar? I was 1 point over the BMI threshold and no other issues so it all felt a little bit OTT really.

Nothing wrong with being looked after Emma198! (Says she with a midwife, 2 cardiologists, a specialist nurse, 2 obstetricians and a paediatrician all at 16 weeks!)

FarMack · 21/06/2018 10:40

@AB95 you look amazing! I'm still fitting in my size 12's though I did have to open the button after dinner yesterday (which I got excited about 😂) my partner is also 6'3" thought we'd be destined to have a big baby!
@AnotherOriginalUsername also thinking I'll be lucky to have something to show by 37weeks!

Italianshark · 21/06/2018 11:07

@FarMack my best friend was the same. She was so frustrated then 24 weeks it popped out like a gooden! Though some people just tuck the baby away for 9 months 🤣! Everyone's so different 🤷🏻‍♀️! Love it
