Great news snore! What a relief that must have been.

NoCatsHere · 02/04/2018 19:29

Oh snore that is great news!

Snorebrown · 02/04/2018 19:34

Thanks everyone. A huge relief but i know we still have a way to go. One milestone down though...

intelligentPutty · 02/04/2018 20:02

Great news @Snorebrown
X

natashaarr · 02/04/2018 21:58

That’s great news @snorebrown

I have light bleeding when I wipe well pink blood. I phoned the EPU and said because I had a scan Thursday she doubts they’ll scan me tomorrow. But If I have heavy bleeding to go to A&E in the mean time. I’ve spent all evening just crying as I know it’s bad news as this would be my 4th mc. Dreading going to sleep and waking up with heavy blood :(

Flatwhite32 · 02/04/2018 22:01

Congratulations @MsJuniper! Just gorgeous!

Glad all is well @Snorebrown .

@natashaarr, how far along are you? I had the same at 6 weeks.

purpleviolet1 · 02/04/2018 22:28

I graduated from this thread last year with a very much loved ds who turned 1 just a couple of weeks ago. Just had a quick read and wanted to congratulate and send best wishes to all the new mammas!

Keep going the rest of you, your day will well and truly come Grin

Is Brenna still around? Can't see an update from her

natashaarr · 02/04/2018 22:34

@flatwhite 5wks 2 days, was everything ok for you?

Belkinsboo · 02/04/2018 22:40

I had to go offline as was driving myself insane with googling symptoms/hcg levels/early pregnancy etc....

@snoresbrown fabulous news Smile

@natashaarr sorry to hear about the light bleeding. if my over googling taught me anything, it's that bleeding in early pregnancy is extremely common. I have everything crossed for you Flowers

Some wonderful birth announcements and a beautiful baby picture from MsJuniper - congratulations to you all Smile

I'm off to my 6wk scan tomorrow. I genuinely believe they won't be able to find anything and the progesterone has been doing a sterling job of preventing the full on bleeding. I'm not looking forward to it at all....

natashaarr · 02/04/2018 22:56

@belkinsboo that’s what I’m currently doing is googling and it’s giving me positive and negative feedback. Thank you so much! I hope your scan goes ok tomorrow. I really hope you can see something!

INeedABiggerBoat · 03/04/2018 07:07

Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on this thread although I’ve been reading it religiously. Just wanted to quickly update you all- our darling DD was born a few days early last week. She was in intensive care for a little while but all is well and we’re home now. DH and I utterly smitten.
Probably won’t post again but I will continue to watch and root for everyone!

Flatwhite32 · 03/04/2018 07:27

@natashaarr Yes all was ok thankfully, and I'm currently 24 weeks. I had enough pink when I wiped, then brown, and in the evening enough there was enough blood to need a pad. I was scanned at the EPU at 6+2, but all they could see was a sac and a yolk. Went back for a re-scan at bang on 8 weeks, and they found a heartbeat. The cause of the bleeding was never found.

I won't lie, I still knicker check (TMI!) now at 24 weeks! Pregnancy is such a minefield though. I had no bleeding in my last pregnancy and had a completely symptom free MMC at 12 weeks when I thought all was ok. It's not easy is it?! Hope you're ok today. Xx

Congrats @INeedABiggerBoat! Lovely news. Smile

MrsMogginsMinge · 03/04/2018 08:02

Hello again! (I say again, I was here for about five minutes in February for what turned out to be a chemical)

BFP today. MC (7 wks) in December. Already shitting myself. About to tempt fate by working out how close my potential due date would be to Xmas.

After the world’s most low key pregnancy announcement to DH this morning (chucking him the FRER and saying “Here we go again, I guess”) I just felt the urge to tell somebody else...

natashaarr · 03/04/2018 09:14

@flatwhite32 I’m so glad everything turnt out ok for you. Its crazy isn’t it how your body likes to scare you, im scared and worried enough without the bleeding! Don’t worry I think I will always knicker check!!

It’s turnt more brown this morning, I’m about to phone the EPU but I doubt they’ll scan me as they did an early scan on Thursday so nothing would have changed really. Hopefully they will do a blood tests and compare it to the one I had on Saturday. X

Flatwhite32 · 03/04/2018 09:14

@natashaarr no idea where the random 'enough' came from in my post! Doesn't make much sense haha!

NoCatsHere · 03/04/2018 10:01

natashaarr i hope you don't get any more heavy bleeding and it was just a one off.

purple nice of you to drop in. congratulations on your LO turning one!

belkins i think dr google is so bad in these early days. it's like searching for better weather on different apps. you can read what you want to/don't want to. i've stepped away from it all. good luck with your scan todaay, what time is it? I'm 6+1 today so we are pretty much the same!

So damn happy to have made it to 6 weeks and looking forward to getting the ball rolling with my doctor tomorrow. Although I'm avoiding any midwife appointments until week 9 i hope when i have a better chance of knowing this one will be ok.

biggerboat so glad you are home now with your LO. congrats, and thanks for popping in to tell us all! x

flat so great you are at 24 weeks!

mrsmoggins tentitive congrats, that's pretty much how i announced it to my OH too! not quite the same is it after miscarriages....

Flatwhite32 · 03/04/2018 10:03

Thank you @NoCatsHere! Glad you've made it to 6 weeks!

I've got my whooping cough vaccine today, and am terrified about something happening to the baby, even though loads of pregnant women have it. I'll be obsessively checking for movements later on.

intelligentPutty · 03/04/2018 10:21

Just called in to epu this morning to get my scan time for tomorrow. They said to come today instead at 10:30!
Quite a shock but left work and drove the 30 minutes here.
But now they got it wrong. Thankfully they said they will still do it today.
Now just sitting in the reception cr*pping myself. Boobs not so sore. Sooo worried they will give me bad news.

Big congratulations @INeedABiggerBoat

X

NoCatsHere · 03/04/2018 10:34

putty fingers crossed all will be ok. We are here for you. Hope you get seen soon.

natashaarr · 03/04/2018 10:43

@flatwhite don’t worry I knew what you meant haha!

@nocatshere thank you, it’s stopped for now, thank god.

@putty good luck, I hope it goes ok x

intelligentPutty · 03/04/2018 10:50

Measuring 7.4 weeks. Heartbeat found. !!!!!
So hope this continues. They won't see my again till 12 weeks now. Seems like a lifetime away!

NoCatsHere · 03/04/2018 10:53

Yay putty such great news! SO happy to see the little bean!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 03/04/2018 11:01

@NoCatsHere congrats on making 6wks. Fx for a smooth ride.

@intelligentPutty yay so pleased for you!

@Flatwhite32 good luck for whooping cough vaccine, I have mine on the 13th

LimpLettice · 03/04/2018 11:17

I think I need to join this thread ladies, I need somewhere to worry and my usual ttc thread, although lovely, makes me feel a bit unfair to the amazing ttcers there.

Currently 6+3 ish straight after a 7 week m/c last month, and with a chemical and early m/c last year. Haven't yet managed to see the rmc, but have had 2 early scans (yolk sac seen) and excellent bloods so far. Another scan next week to try and find heartbeat, which feels like a bloody lifetime away.

BlueeSpottyTiger · 03/04/2018 12:20

intelligent Aww yay! Congrats!
Just checking in again, 24+3 now :)
My whopping cough got re-arranged to the 9/4th and i have my consultant appt the day after where they monitor baby so that makes me feel reassured.
I was really annoyed to find out last appointment at 21weeks that i should have been started on aspirin at 12 weeks due to previous preeclampsia :/
The time is flying by :) hope your all doing well!
