Hi there,

Does anyone feel like a chat?

Age: 34
TTC: 11 months
Due: July 2018

I had vivid dreams in the two week wait. Since BFP I've just had mildly sensitive boobs.

My colleague has just announced his wife is pregnant, they've just had their first scan, I can't help but feel he's stolen my thunder a little bit!

It's my first day back at work after being off sick, I'm bored and tired and have another 25 hours to go! What's everyone up to?

@Brettgirl awww poor you!!! How are you feeling now? In waiting on the midwife ringing me she rang eariler but i was working apparently i can see a dietitian and to be honest i really dont want too!!! Im planning to sticking to my slimming world plan now that im starting to eat again (yay!!) whats everyones thoughts?

Hi @lmxo I think I'm actually beginning to feel a bit better! Very very slightly but it's a relief!
Hmmm dietician... I've seen so many over the years and not found them ever able to tell me anything I don't already don't know. I've read that it's about maintaining during pregnancy rather than losing, so I think if you stick to nutritious and healthy foods you will be fine !
Have you had any cravings? I'm addicted to satsumas!

See thats what i thought too so id only be really wasting mine the their time (and i dint need anything preaching to me about food) lol im glad your starting to feel better 😊 none yet altho salt & vinegar crisps are rather nice these days

@LMX0 @Brettgirl I've never been to a dietitian but I have accepted everything that I've been referred for in this pregnancy so far - on the basis that even if I'm hearing something I already know, there's no harm done, whereas there might be something new and useful. I know about my chronic medical condition but I've never been pregnant before, so there are new things to learn in that context.

I wish I were craving satsumas... such a healthy craving! Salt and vinegar crisps all the way...

Yeah I didn't mention the trifle craving lol xxx

Hi @LMXO all good here. Had our scan today, was amazing to see baby wriggling around happily. Feeling so sick though, have had a really rough couple of days but just praying it goes soon! When is your scan or have you had it?

ladies what is better? a 9ft or 12 ft pregnancy pillow?? my mum wants to buy me one and we are confused to what is the better size! x

@BuffalotheGruffalo i had mine just over a week ago its amazing isnt it!! Ive just booked a gender scan for mid feb im so excited 💙💖 aww last week i was like that a bad few days but then a few good days n i am starting to feel more normal thankfully hopefully u will too

@SparkleSarah22 i didnt know you could get one that huge!!! Mine isnt that big its a G shape and fits nicely along my back & between my legs (has deffo helped my back a bit)

No neither did i! Think will just stick to a 9ft as 12ft will hang off my bed haha thank you xx

@LMX0 I go back Wednesday. But curiosity was killing me. I paid to go see a private doctor yesterday and he confirmed my baby stopped breathing a week ago. I am now able to grieve properly while I await what happens next. Thank you all for your support and kind words.

I'm only 5+3 so early days here. It will just be nice chatting to other people who are going through it for the first time. Its all so new and unknown to me, no idea what to expect.
