4 weeks pregnant- lets share experience and advice!

Hi ladies, I've just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant and wanted to set up this thread to talk to people in the same boat as me! At the moment I've very worried, thoughts of MCs in my head etc, worries for late periods arriving and am looking to chat to people who are at the same stage as me, or have been! :) thanks xxx

Still weirdy cramps! And reaaaallly needing a wee when I wake up! Also I've had multiple naps today...
I'm worrying myself with all these Mc stats too 😞😞

I'm exactly the same as you! I've been told of by my parents who are both paramedics about worrying as I'm really young and I can't thing negatively as it will make it worse but that's so hard to do! I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow and see if I can get a scan just to put my mind at ease with all this pain!

Do it! If it puts your mind at rest, there's no harm. I won't look at the screen at mine until they say I can, just in case.
I've finally worked out how pregnant I am with another clear blue test and my symptoms.. I'm 5 weeks tomorrow and due 19th March. This'll likely change at the early scan though

I'm not sure I can last until 12 weeks. Not even sure I can last until 1st midwife appt next Tues. I'm so so worried about everything 😞😞 it's literally all I can think about 😥

Going doctors tomorrow for a full check over and then she's going to refer me for an early scan from there! Phew!

Hello lovely ladies! 4 weeks, 4 days today. Is gentle cramping/tummy ache normal? It's making me worry so much. I keep checking for blood when I go to the toilet which I know is silly. I'm ruining it all by being so anxious 😢

I had this! 4+5 and still have it! From what I've heard and read it's totally normal! Just your cervix stretching and growing xxx

I'm 7 weeks on Wednesday and I've found it lessening the past 2 days but I've had cramping really badly!

Ahh thanks ladies, that's reassuring! It's so hard when you don't know what to expect isn't it. I've booked in for a 7 week scan for a sneak peep of our little Pip. Hoping that will reassure me too. How are you both doing? @SophSoph92 @issy2165 how many weeks now? Xxx

Hopefully! Probably by the dates all wrong but hey hoe! Do you know if you have to have a full bladder or not I cant remember I forgot to ask!

Depends if its internal. If internal I was told empty bladder, but if it's on your tummy, full as you can stand bladder! I would have thought if you're not sure on dates they'd do internal scan?

Yeah she said it's an internal one! Maybe I'll just have a full one in case I can always go for a wee before hand :)
