Good luck cloud! Xmas Grin x

nouser, I know! Where has the time gone?! X

tinx fc you won't have any more bleeds, glad baby is ok! X

Stinking cold and chest infection here, went to maternity day unit yesterday as I was concerned about infection causing baby harm...they done bloods etc which showed high white blood cell count...had me panicking as I had an extremely high count when I had glandular fever and mc'd baby no.2! Got more blood results today which shows infection, so just waiting for doctor to call me back at some point today, probably just end up on antibiotics. On a plus though, I had two extra scans yesterday and got to see baby jiggling around!

Nousername2015 · 21/12/2015 19:21

Exciting news cloud, you get to meet your baby tomorrow!

Hope all goes ok tomorrow paws, I'm not a medical expert but I'm sure I read or was told that mum takes the brunt of things like this to protect baby. Please try not to worry, it's almost certain that baby is floating about in there happily clueless at you having to suffer for their sake!

35+5 here and now extremely bored (but grateful!) of being pregnant. Only not been pregnant for 5 weeks of this year and I've had enough of the constant worry. I think it's all fuelled by some of the nct babies arriving over the weekend and I think I'm going to be last Sad

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 22/12/2015 01:00

Oh nouser, bless you...you poor thing! I can empathise with you on that one, what with this being pregnancy #3 for me this year, I think I've only 'not' been pg for a small number of weeks...and I've still got another 4-5 months to go! Confused pheeeew....think I'll be well and truly happy to not be pg by that time!

I know it sounds stupid, but just try to enjoy it hun, as before you know it, new dc will be crawling and you'll miss your bump....x

Yeah, baby's definitely fine, really starting to kick up a mini storm in there!

So many of you gals we never hear from much anymore....hope you're all doing ok? mummyofonesofar reebok cherrypie bumble dobby disney best wishes to you all X

DisneyMillie · 22/12/2015 08:37

Hi all - things are quiet for me - had 2 weeks bed rest after a random bleed at 13 weeks but nothing since then. Had a follow up scan at 16 weeks and baby was fine. Now 19 weeks tomorrow and a little anxious as I'm not feeling anything still (and it's dc2) - got a doppler so check every now and then but I'd really like her to start kicking me!!

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 22/12/2015 17:44

Hi disney glad you're well! I'm sure she will start making herself known soon...perhaps you have an anterior placenta? Kicks only really became 'obvious' over last couple of weeks (so from around 19 weeks) I have an anterior placenta...felt the odd little bump from about 16 weeks, but nearing 21 weeks now...and he's perfected the art of stamping on my bladder! Shock x

Reebok · 22/12/2015 20:17

Hello all, not been on this thread for ages. Been having a rough time of it to be honest. The hyperemesis still hasn't gone. Still on meds...still being sick at 21 weeks. It sucks!! I went back to work in nov only to be singled off work again for the past 2 and a half weeks as I had bleeding and pain. Baby is ok...they can't find any reason for the bleed but I was told to rest for a few weeks. Pain doesn't seem to go either. Feels like contractions. Makes it very hard to look after DD. Anyway I found out I'm having another little girl! It's. The only thing getting me through at the moment. Hope the rest of you are doing ok. Absolutely shattered so will try catch up on the thread soon. X

MimiDoddrioni · 23/12/2015 11:37

Hi everyone, I've got my BFP this morning and am just full of giddy happy bliss Grin. I've had 2 MC @ 11 and 5 wks but am determined to enjoy this pregnancy as much as possible. Sorry just needed to tell someone before I start shouting it in the street Blush.

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 23/12/2015 13:44

Congratulations mimi! Wishing you a truly boring and uneventful 9 months! X

reebok sorry to hear the sickness hasn't shifted, and a bleed...how scary! I hope the pain settles down quickly...congratulations on dd #2!
Was wondering how you were doing...no pressure to post hun, just glad to hear you're ok, (well, as ok as possible) wishing you a lovely Xmas x

Nousername2015 · 23/12/2015 13:51

Congrats mimi! Loving your outlook.

Good to hear your updates disney and reebok, although I'm sorry to hear the HG is still kicking about reebok.

paws Thanks for the support following my meltdown the other day. I feel bad as I've 'only' had 1 mc and was still there bleating on. I'm blaming the insomnia, hormones and the time of year. Flowers to you and everyone else who have had multiple losses and still found the strength to carry on. You get lots of respect from me as I'm not sure I could do it.

Midwife appoint this morning - head fully engaged!!

dobbythedoggy · 23/12/2015 14:03

mimi congratulations, hope you have a long and uneventful road ahead of you. I really hope you are able to enjoy this pregnancy.

paws I am doing well, 30 weeks today! Other than morning sickness returning on a low level, the past few weeks, things are physically good. I seem to have entered a manic nesting phase, or possiably have finally reached my limmit on dealing with dh's idea of house keeping, lots of sorting out the piles of 'stuff' dh didn't know what to do with while I was exhausted and not really functioning. Also in a mad rush to finish a few projects, christmas presents done, just, but have a large blanket that's for a new years eve birthday.

This week, I'm actually finding I'm able to enjoy being pregnant! Long may it continue. Being on top of christmas has put me in a good place.

reebok thinking of you and your little girl(s).

cloudjumper · 23/12/2015 15:49

Baby girl delivered by elcs at 5.20pm yesterday. She is absolutely gorgeous, my rainbow baby.
Im OK, but of a temp, which is a bummer because it means I probably won't be able to go home tomorrow but hey ho, better safe than sorry!

Nousername2015 · 23/12/2015 16:50

Congratulations cloud! Glad they are keeping an eye on you. Wonderful news, have a fabulous Christmas with your new arrival.

Babytinx11 · 23/12/2015 20:31

Congratulations cloud hope your temp goes down soon

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 24/12/2015 11:12

Lovely update dobby! Glad to hear you're getting on well Smile

nouser don't apologise, miscarriages are hard and horrid no matter how many you've been through, one alone is enough to really put a damper on a new pregnancy, so don't beat yourself up xxx

cloud! Congratulations! Fingers crossed they let you and your little family home for Xmas! X

dobbythedoggy · 25/12/2015 17:06

Hope everyone is having a worry free christmas day.

Congratulations cloud hope you've made it home for christmas.

Sophia1984 · 26/12/2015 13:09

Hi everyone. Hope you all had lovely Christmases! I'm 8 weeks pregnant on Monday after a MMC in August where nothing had grown except my womb lining but I didn't find out till I bled at 7 weeks. Feeling very relieved to have got past that milestone but still anxious that there may be no baby in there despite boobs so sore they wake me up in the middle of the night and constant nausea! I've got my booking appointment on the 31st :-) and am due at start of August. Spent all day yesterday subtly pouring drinks down the sink as I haven't told parents yet!

Suziesome1 · 26/12/2015 13:13

Congratulations cloud :) x

Cuppachaplz · 27/12/2015 17:37

Hi everyone.
Been lurking quite a while after a horrendous last pregnancy and several losses previously, but ready to be added to the stats (again, you'll see Percy and I lurking near the bottom)

Edd 16/4/16
15 MCs
Ds1 12y, ds2 12m (T21)

keys27 · 29/12/2015 15:12

Hi guys wondered if I could re join?

Firstly massive congratulations to all my old buddies who have had successful babies and secondly to see the old names on ttc after the miscarriages and pregnancies going strong

I decided to take a break after my mc at 11 weeks in May. We weren't trying but was not taking precautions and I got my bfp yesterday due to me having a blood clot last pregnancy I got sent for a scan this morning and I am showing 6+1 weeks pregnant. Anxious because I have been drinking over this festive period but all seems well with baby. This is my 6th pregnancy 2 DD's both premises and 3 mc one at 5 weeks one at 6 and one at 11 weeks.

I hope you do not mind me re joining it's lovely to be back x

Cuppachaplz · 29/12/2015 23:34

Congratulations on your bfp keys, may your pregnancy be smooth and sticky X

I was a bit dirtied that is killed the thread :/ my recollections from last time was that j could never keep up!

OTheHugeManatee · 30/12/2015 09:32

Hi, can I join? I'm about 5wks with #1 after a MMC in June. Others on the Sep 2016 thread objected that I and another poster were making them anxious talking about MC so perhaps this thread is a better fit Smile

Lovely to see so many happy outcomes. Hope everyone is doing well.

chandelierswinging · 30/12/2015 09:44

Hello, another newbie here. I looked for this thread when I got my BFP but couldn't find it, so I'm glad to see it again. Can I join?

I have two DCs and had what they think was an early mc of one at 5 weeks then a mmc of another (same pregnancy) at 10 weeks in the summer. I had surgical management, which all went wrong and had to be repeated, then ended up back in hospital with an allergic reaction to the penicillin they gave me! I have a dodgy shaped and positioned uterus (right down behind my bowel Shock) which has made everything more complicated. Looking forward to my viability scan in a couple of weeks so I can actually begin to believe this might be real...

OMG Manatee, they objected?! That's awful Shock I've joined August (and am now very glad I did!)

OTheHugeManatee · 30/12/2015 10:05

chandelier It wasn't an aggressive objection, more of a 'please can we talk about positive things'. I think the objector is very anxious and it was making her uncomfortable. I respect that but equally having experienced the worst possible outcome is part of my reality and I'm not sure there is space for both in the discussion, at least not in the fretful first trimester. I'll keep lurking there but might hang out with you lovely people over here as well if that's OK. I need a bit of hand-holding to stay positive and enjoy the pregnancy myself and don't want to be sending others over the edge asking for it on a general pg thread.

chandelierswinging · 30/12/2015 10:46

Ah I see Manatee... It's a horrible reality for those who have experienced it and perhaps just a huge unknown for those who haven't. Thank goodness for this thread which, from what I can see, is a massively sympathetic hand-holding thread. Flowers

Nousername2015 · 30/12/2015 11:49

Hi everyone, lovely to see a lot of new faces, congratulations on your pregnancies! Hope you are all in for a tediously boring 8 months or so.

manatee I saw your thread on the body and soul boards, I thought it was a lovely idea and a great way to talk about things.
