jo hunny I'm so sorry thinking of you.

elvislives2012 · 11/02/2012 15:14

Sumsey that's awful. Sorry to hear that....

elvislives2012 · 11/02/2012 15:20

YompingJo not sure why we are so worried. Think its the disbelief more than anything! Nice to think they were there at the wedding tho! Just want to be 12 weeks and all ok....

nenehooo · 11/02/2012 15:51

Hi everyone, please can I join? I'm not following you on purpose Angelico I promise Grin
I've just got my BFP on a CB digi after waiting for a whole 2 weeks after OV and then doing 2 cheap tests from Wilkos that didn't work - DH's bright idea to save money Angry
I've had no obvious symptoms - boobs sore although they usually are before AF, been tired although usually am, being a teacher and crying lots although again, that's me in general! Didn't feel pregnant, so was amazed when AF was late. Apparently I'm due on the 14th October... hopefully a Libra baby like my amazing sister!
Reading some of the sad posts on here, so sorry to hear about babies lost... sending love and sticky thoughts to all x

Angelico · 11/02/2012 15:53

Sumsey I am so very sorry :( We were all thinking about you and keeping fingers crossed. Sending you lots and lots of love xo

Sending my thoughts and love to babies lost :( xxx

Bubblebell1 · 11/02/2012 16:22

Congrats harryan Smile

I'm Wondering around like a fart in a trance and Monday can't come quick enough.
I'm not spotting when I wipe but it's if I clean inside that I get a blood tinged mucous. Tmi Blush I'm hoping it's my cervix and not a miscarriage. Will see consultant wed. Hopefully they will check. Just my cervix is always open so they can't even reassure me that it's closed And bean is ok.

Feel confused and sad. Tryin to be positive

Angelico · 11/02/2012 16:49

Bubblebell it may turn out to be a wee infection or something. Try and stay calm - sending you a hug xo

missbone · 11/02/2012 16:56

Welcome and congratulations, elvis, nene and harryann Thanks

Bubble, when is your appointment on Monday? Can you tell us more about your cervix problems/operation? You must be dreadfully worried - not helped, I guess, by cleaning inside (have you been advised to do this re. your cervix problem?) Is it a scan you're having on Monday? What will the consultant be checking for on Wednesday; that your cervix is healed? Sorry if I sound nosy but it helps us in our support of you, I think.

I'm feeling good in myself but can't help grieving with Lissbug, Shemacin & Sumsey over their losses. I know that statistics tell us that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, but knowing there are so many of us on here just frightens me. I can't bear to think of the suffering theses tragedies bring and I wonder if this is the reason we haven't heard since from so many women who joined us here just over a fortnight ago. I hope they come back to let us know they're o.k.

missbone · 11/02/2012 17:00

beeble, charlotte & monkeys: welcome and congratulations!! Thanks

lizzie, love, are you o.k?

lizziebennet · 11/02/2012 17:13

Another one here worried by brown CM. Trying to be levelheaded and tell myself as long as it's brown, not red, it's ok, but it's a worry isn't it? All the pangs and things.

I am really excited, but just so anxious that something will go wrong.

Bubblebell1 · 11/02/2012 17:19

Kerry it's ok. Ask as much as u like.
Had loop diathermy treatment of my cervix for carcinoma in situ, dr called it early cancer Hmm they cut some off. Realised it wasn't enough and cut some more then cervix heamoraged and had more off. Now have a cervix that is open.
Scan is at 12 Monday and consultant will check my cervix and if its thought to be incompetent he will arrange a stitch in it. Not sure at what point he does that tho.

missbone · 11/02/2012 17:25

lizzie I can totally understand your anxieties with all that's been happening on here. When is your first scan (isn't it an early one due to this being IVF?) Thinking of you x

Emma, what a nightmare you've been through, love. I'm praying for you...and hoping that Monday brings you relief and hope x

missbone · 11/02/2012 17:31

campbelly and muchchocolate...are you o.k?

missbone · 11/02/2012 17:36

Marie, let us know you're o.k, love? x

Bubblebell1 · 11/02/2012 17:40

lizzie is it all there everytime you wipe? Fingers crossed that it's just implantation bleeding and our little beans are safe and well

I feel your pain tho hunny x

Zoeplankton · 11/02/2012 18:39

Oh no. Poor sumsey. If you're there, I'm thinking of you.

My auntie (who is a GP) once told me that babies that are supposed to be born get born, that our bodies know which little clusters of cells to keep and which not to. It's not much, but it's something.

bubble, I had loop diathermy last year for stage 3 cells. Outpatient procedure, went home on the bus. Amazingly, a friend in Australia had the same thing with the same cells level on the same day, but she consulted with two gynaecologists (I didn't see one!), wwent under general anaesthetic, had a week off work... Wow! just goes to show how different health care can be in different places! (I far preferred being an outpatient!)

Yesterday I didn't get my dinner until 9.30. I would up on the couch, crying and crying and crying, DH bewildered in the background trying to work out why I wasn't being my normal resilient self. Apparently we are both learning...

Cheekychops29 · 11/02/2012 18:52

Hey girlies, just dropping in to say sorry to the girls who have had bad news! I can't imagin what your going through, I really hope next time won't be too far away! I'm a firm believer in everything happening for a reason and if its the right time in ones life it will happen, just hang on in there you little troopers (big hugs) xxxx

Kerry, I'm Leah! Loving your posts! I read the thread everyday now, it's addictive! Especially when you can discuss things openly in the real world!!

Nothing to report here, still tired! Lol everything is fine I'm my little world x

Best wishes to everyone.

Where did Mrsv2 go??! The lady who started the thread?

Cheekychops29 · 11/02/2012 18:55

Can't* discuss things openly in real world!

Bubblebell1 · 11/02/2012 18:55

Zoe my first procedure was as an outpatient but not all was taken out so had to do it again then with the hemorage was in there a while. Think it depends on the amount of diseased cells. How deep they go. Etc.

Did your consultant tell u that your cervix may be incompetent?

elvislives2012 · 11/02/2012 19:00

Am so glad I found this group! Esp early stages where I don't know if symptoms are normal but can't ask anyone. Just had breakfast with parents and nearly vomited all back up! Trying to be normal....

marvellousmarie · 11/02/2012 19:51

Hey all! Im fine thanks Kerry!

Sorry I havnt replied, I've been working and then come up to old bham to see the parents!

How are we all feeling!? I've had a glass of cava tonight followed by a glass of water and said that I'm 'trying to cut down' so won't drink anymore! I'm feeling ok, have bad acid indegestion, thrush Sad and feel nauseous at times.

What have I missed? So many to read! I need a summary, like a small omnibus! Welcome all newbies! It's nice to have so many of us going through the same thing!
