Just running in to say good luck to rubes for tomorrow. How exciting, I will be thinking of you while sitting at work

SummerLightning · 25/07/2010 20:37

ooh trace singing group sounds ace! Hopefully L will get better as the hols go on - maybe you both need time to adjust to the full time together if you see what I mean?

I need a haircut too. Really should try and do it before no 2 arrives otherwise will look ridiculous 3 months afterwards assuming I don't get chance for ages.

hi njan!

Avocadoes · 25/07/2010 20:57

Good luck, good luck, good luck Rubes. How very exciting. Will you text someone with news??? I hope so. I'm all excited for you. Can't wait to hear the name you eventually settled on.

Trace - isn't Brighton the other side of the country from you? Was that a day trip? Sorry Lu is being challenging. I sometimes find the first few days of the holidays hardest, then DD1 and I get used to each others rhythms again and it all gets easier. Fingers crossed hey?

The four of us have just had a lovely dinner at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. The DDs were on top form and it all felt unusually civillised. Only down side was i broke EVERY rule in my diet.

traceface · 25/07/2010 21:03

Brighton would have been a challenge...we went to Bridlington

JamInMyWellies · 25/07/2010 21:55

Quick one form me. Good Luck Rubes!

Rubena · 25/07/2010 21:58

Hello,
Thank you all for the good wishes for tomorrow. All starting to become very soon now that I'm about to take my Rantidine? tablet in a minute Quite excited, and a little nervous about big needles etc. DH has brought home some Ametop as I'm such a wuss actually it's not pain I'm scared of, it's all in my head so if I can't feel it, I won't think about it too much and possibly pass out if that makes sense Having said that, the cream did nada for me last time if I remember correctly

ds woke at 520 so not much improvment even without the nap so I have no clue. A friend told me her ds did the same thing at about the same age so perhaps it's just a stage he's going through - albeit pretty bad timing!

Right, I think I'm sorted.... will be updating as soon as I can
bye for now, and thanks all! x

Rubena · 25/07/2010 22:38

Hopefully back later with a coffee and for a proper catch up.
