Right I'm off to my mum's now so I won't be back until this evening. Have a lovely day everyone. I will sneakily check on the SS announcements via my iPhone during the day. Oh and because Myjob and I are addicted to MN, this thread is currently the most active! Ha ha ha!

I got a pot of lovely cleaner for my laptop!! and it works for other electronic things, too!! A cleaning product I've never seen!! It is perfect! I love love love it!!! LOVE IT!
But.. it could be anyone because you all know me so well to know that I'd be ecstatic to open this on xmas day... I've already used it, too
Q enjoyed the present opening, but was definitely overwhelmed. He got really shy and wanted lots of cuddles at one point - it was all just too much at once I think. But he's loving his tiny little kitchen, cleaning trolley and toolbox.... oh and the blue elc pushchair... the look on his face was out of this world. He coudn't believe it wa sin our home!! lol And some leapfrog bear from his grandparents taht we need to plug into the computer to personalize with his name and favourite songs.

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/12/2009 11:27

1 handed quickie.
I got some magnetic photo frames, and a pink head girl badge, which made me . I suspected myjob at first, but the head girl cheekiness also makes me suspect 50ft!
Mooncup is a cool pressie - that sounds like ronshar to me.

Dh cooking dinner and Q and I playing with his new toys
When do we get to tell who we gave to??

50ftChristmasTree · 25/12/2009 13:59

Maybe when everyone has had a guess Star.

StarExpat · 25/12/2009 14:11

oh yes... ha ha.

Q is playing mostly with his puschchair and his cleaning trolley
also... we're all cleaned up already... everything is spotless until the meal comes, then will need another clean. I have problems!

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/12/2009 14:13

Well we ate our main course around 12:30, then opened the presents that the inlaws brought with them, and now ds has gone for a sleep and I've put the pudding on to cook, so we can have that in about an hour or so when he wakes up . And it means that I get to have pudding without having to do a blood test an hour afterwards . Just did my post lunch one and it was 7.9, which isn't too bad for Christmas lunch considering it's allowed to be anything under 7.8!

Our 3 bird roast from Ocado was fcuking lovely, so I won't be doing turkeys in future!!

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/12/2009 14:15

Ah, we're not cleared up yet star, because dh keeps failing to put the dishwasher on when he says he has . Ah well, once I've put the rest of the leftovers away I shall tell him to come and do the handwash items, and then it won't look too bad.

I am indeed! Thank you for asking. M has just woken up, everyone has been scoffing nibbles EXCEPT me!

Good news about the blood sugar CSWS! I find it hard to believe that Mr CSWS isn't doing what he's told.

Hope DS feels a bit brighter soon Myjob. It can get a bit much for them.

Star I too am impatient to divulge the SS giving! I meant to say, how utterly adorable of Q being all shy & overwhelmed. That is just too sweet.

StarExpat · 25/12/2009 15:24

He's only slept 1 hour today.... which means he's dreadfully tired now. So he's screaming his head off in his cot....
.... and it's stopped. He's asleep. I think...
He totally needs just a little rest in order to make it through the rest of the day without huge meltdown!

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/12/2009 15:54

Ah, ds slept about 1hr 40 today, which is good for him.

StarExpat · 25/12/2009 16:27

we just took Q out for a walk because it sounded like he was settling but he wasn't... this is going to be a very difficult 2 hours. I may start bath at 6......

ronshar · 25/12/2009 16:51

Happy Chrimbo everyone. I hope Fathet Christmas was very good to you all.

Thank you for my Chocolate SS. I am guessing 50ft as it is Hotel Chocolate!

Did I fail to mention I had been up for a visit with one of my sisters

It is me & W who are poorly. I am really congested with a horrible cough. W has got it as well.

StarExpat · 25/12/2009 18:37

I have a horrible chapped mouth now all around my lips it's gross. any ideas? no vaseline at home

Q and DH and I are the same ronshar. It's yucky!

Did DDs have a fun time?

Hotel chocolate? Why is that 50ft?

StarExpat · 25/12/2009 19:19

One more - a cold sore inside my mouth. Yuck!
It hurts so much. Anything to home remedy that?

50ftChristmasTree · 25/12/2009 19:21

Glad you had a good day Pistachio. Your photos on FB are lovely. I'm looking forward to a more relaxing day tomorrow too. DS must have burnt off about 1,000,000 calories in nervous excited energy today, very hard work! M was delightful but ate her own body weight in grub!

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/12/2009 21:07

Ooh I'm excited at just the thought of that laminator pistachio!

Ds ate a tonne of food too 50ft - especially mince pies and christmas pud and sponge cake! Oh, and jelly babies.

I'm just having a bit of time to myself to watch the soaps whilst the others watch the Royle Family (which I've never liked).
I suspect that we'll have to wait until midnight or beyond for hmm!
