M started tucking in before all the veggies were put out. She started eating the cranberry stuffing by the forkful! She also shoved three amaretti biscuits in her mouth, then coughed bits all over my mum. She also said "lovely" when she had a sip of water.

Have you been on the Snowballs 50ft? I myself am rather merry having consumed rather a lot of Baileys Poppy had cows milk from DH and went to sleep about 1 second later

50ftChristmasTree · 25/12/2009 21:21

No, small glass of my fav wine. Spill woman!!!!

OP posts:
50ftChristmasTree · 25/12/2009 21:22

I am quite impressed with your DH's ability to not only lactate, but to produce cow's milk! [cheeky]

Honeymoonmummy · 25/12/2009 21:23

Well actually, the Baileys is a recent addition, I've been on champagne all day [get me emoticon] And no 50ft, I didn't spill any, thanks for asking

50ftChristmasTree · 25/12/2009 21:25

I was thinking of cracking open the Baileys soon. Glad you've been enjoying yourself Hmm!

...

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/12/2009 21:34

Right, I will begin by saying that my recipient hasn't guessed that her present came from me (hardly a surprise when no-one guessed at me! )

Did I guess right?

50ftChristmasTree · 25/12/2009 21:34

Who's the at CSWS? If it's me, then I just want to know as I am super impatient.

Honeymoonmummy · 25/12/2009 21:36

Oh you mean from my secret santa?? I got a book of 100 ways to make you happy. If I had to guess it would probably be Star. I love it, thank you very much! x

P did enjoy it thanks Pistachio, she too ate loads at dinner. I've eaten so much I think I've managed to put back on half a stone in a day!!! It went surprisingly well considering I was cooking, altho everyone else brought something, eg the turkey

I have had a lovely day, we've only opened one big sack of 3 of the presents we bought for Poppy cos we got so much from grandparents too she just hasn't had time to open them and it would have been too much so something to look forward to tomorrow.

I nearly got a bit maudlin at one point thinking that's it now, i'm back to work, but we're going away in a few days with Dh's family to Blackpool for PIL's 50th wedding anniversary so it should be fun

Honeymoonmummy · 25/12/2009 21:37

So mine didn't come from you then CSWS [super sleuth emoticon]

Honeymoonmummy · 25/12/2009 21:38

Oh oh and I forgot to tell you the highlight of the day. I wore new leggings and a new black jumper today, first time in leggings for years and DH said I looked really sexy, the same as I looked when we first met - when I was 19!!!!! [faints]

Honeymoonmummy · 25/12/2009 21:39

But he's probably just after a Christmas shag

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/12/2009 21:39

It was at that minxy hmm 50ft! But I'll let her off now that she's spilled the beans .

50ftChristmasTree · 25/12/2009 21:40

Ah, that does sound lovely Hmm. Glad you have had a lovely day.

Right, can we tell now?

Honeymoonmummy · 25/12/2009 21:40

Right, who has some good suggestions for what I can download from Itunes? We already have an Ipod classic but I've just added my current CD's, I've never actually bought anything. Any good games etc?

CantSleepWontSleep · 25/12/2009 21:40

Yes, you tell 50ft.
