CaptainCaveman · 26/05/2009 20:55

Hahahahaha, also LOLing here at the bum sponge

Lovely beef risotto for tea [yum]

oops hoping they sort you out soon - are you feeling unwell with it? My ex-bil had something wrong with his para-thyroid glands, they eventually removed 3 of the 4 of them. Great news that you get extra mn time

At long last we shall be booking ds2's baptism. Aiming for Sunday 12th July. We've been waiting to get house move etc done, plus our vicar has been on a sabbatical for the past 12 weeks and he has now returned to his flock . How would you All like to be virtual Godmothers?

TwilightSurfer · 26/05/2009 21:00

OH i can be the godmother he runs away to see when he's really fed up with his parents.

TwilightSurfer · 26/05/2009 21:02

i feel bad for spotting posting today.

first i was given 20 minutes notice before the family knocked on the door....LOTS of HIDING during that time frame.

then the internet connection keeps dropping out.

Miamla · 26/05/2009 21:05

evening all, another one having stir fry tonight here! can someone shout "flapjack" at me at about 9.30 please, thanks. i'm cooking more savoury ones for DS and really don't want to burn them!

cc ooh yes please, i'd love to be a virtual godmother!

oopsacoconut · 26/05/2009 21:11

CC - I love to be a virtual godmother!

TS thanks ofr asking, nothing needs doing yet, DH thinks I'm just using it as an excuse to stop exercising!

Cyteen - lump will be investigated, biopsied and possibly removed depending on how well the meds work.

CC - not really unwell just like I'm constantly high on double triple espressos, rapid heart beat, constantly tired and wired at the same time!

Miamla · 26/05/2009 21:15

euw, doesn't sound v nice at all oops, sorry skim read and missed your post earlier. at least you've found out what's causing the tired and wired feeling and hopefully that means you'll be back to normal soon

cyteen · 26/05/2009 21:26

I was thinking Flapjack at 9.30 when I was in the bath.

Sazzles - you have done what I have resisted doing since I saw the doc!

dizzydixies · 26/05/2009 21:49

oops just you stay away from the google and leave it to us, we're here for whatever you need

CC I have the biggest bosom so I am more than qualified to be virtual godmother - and ignoring your text btw

meeting with architect went ok but a bit disappointing in terms of timescales and money involved

oopsacoconut · 26/05/2009 21:53

Dizzy - I need muffins and hummingbird cakes

dizzydixies · 26/05/2009 21:56

of course you do, FB your address and they will be yours

sorry miamla but her need is greater at the moment

LoveBuckets · 26/05/2009 22:34

Ah bollox still no time to chat, have just woken up from a migraine. Neighbour knocked v briefly to pick up DH, I opened the door and bang, couldn't actually find his eyes to look into (shame as he has this strangely David Tennant actory charisma.) Luckily kids were almost in bed so I was able to just crawl in at 7pm. Again.

See you in the morning, birthday cake all round for brekker as DD turns 6 tomorrow. Is having a sleepover with my mum, then going to old lady painting class (which she is insansely excited about) then lunch out with them! The old ladies are also v excited too natch.

Good night.

TwilightSurfer · 26/05/2009 22:45

If I only made salad (tomato, cucumber & black olives in oil/vinegar dressing) and french bread...does that count as TEA? Just wondering.

Buckets I'm with you on the migrane....mines been looming for a few days but I think it is finally setting in. Oddly it's starting at the very tiptop of my head. All I want to do is close my eyes and lay down. DH can not get home quick enough!!!

TwilightSurfer · 26/05/2009 22:56

Just took the "how many kids will you have" on facebook....3 girls. LOL! My cat, dd1 & reese....dang they were right!

AnnVan · 26/05/2009 23:28

TS snap with the migraine - although mine was induced by playing a LOTR MMO for Waaaaay too long. My mum's on it, so she was showing me the ropes.

Oops hopefully the doctors can sort you out, and get you feeling tip-top again. THinking of you.

Whish I knew what happened to Miamla's flapjacks now.

TwilightSurfer · 27/05/2009 03:04

Crawling through after a very defeating hour tantrum with dd1. I should have seen it coming. At least I got her all showered, teeth polished, mani-ed/pedi-ed and hair blown dry before making her go to bed without a bedtime story. You'd have thought I'd broken her heart but after the fit she threw she's lucky I'm still speaking to her. ARRRGGGHHHHH!

TwilightSurfer · 27/05/2009 03:05

sleepy angel doing the twist LOL

AnnVan · 27/05/2009 08:01

Good morning all. Hmmm what can I provide for brekkers? Um toast, bacon, baked beans, but no eggs as we've run out. Could do porridge?

Thanks for the sleepy angel TS it worked!! It's not often I get an uninterrupted night.

alittlebitshy · 27/05/2009 08:13

oopsacoconut · 27/05/2009 08:20
