Whinegums you sound like a woman who has seen the light . So glad the cc is working.

Sybil 6 - how lovely . Are you close in age and do you all get on? I am very romantic about big families, love babies, had a great pregnancy and labour with Thea, have ishoos with most methods of contraception and am very princessy. So I could happily just carry on having more babies until I turn inside out. But turning inside out is a real possibility and I don't fancy carrying my uterus around in my hand, like the Oods in Doctor Who. I think embracing a new stage in my life is something I'm a bit apprehensive about, but that's not a good reason to keep spawning. I also think that the time he mentioned No5, DH just really really wanted a shag, and telling me I can have another baby has generally worked in the past .

Puree poor you and poor Cecily. With the earlier jabs, our HVs did simultaneous jabs which got it all over with quickly but there was something sinister about a HV on each side of me, each holding a needle and jabbing poor Thea in both legs at once.

Rolf, I always imagined I would be one of those women who has 14 kids and when they Daily Mail does an article I say 'I just love having babies'! But now I kind of feel like Abdn, in that I have two wonderful kids and pregnancy is just so scary, all that worrying about whether the baby is going to be OK . But we will definitely have another and maybe even another after that. Not sure yet!

Can I just ask you though if you don't mind how much you spend each week on food? My weekly Tesco bill is rarely much under £120 these days and the DTs are only one. What will it be like when they are teenagers and eat everything in sight? And what will it be like with four teenagers eating everything in sight! My mum always says 'you can always afford another baby' (four kids herself!) but they are bloody expensive!

Ali I'm feeling much better at the moment. Just doing very little for a few weeks has made me feel very lazy.

Puree I hope baby pearls is feeling okay today and you are too.

Essie That all sounds very irritating.

Well done to those have better sleeps. DS seems to be getting worse!

I chose the coil because I didn't want anything hormonal but have started to find having a foreign body inside me more and more disturbing. Some cycles I have had a small bleed a few days before my period is due which is similar to the implantation bleed I had with ds and a couple of times I have been 2 weeks late and felt really bloated and sick before my period finally arrived. I know it's not possible and it's isues I personally have but I feel like I am aborting a possible baby by having it in and I realise it's irrational but it's really depressing me.

Hello everyone, I haven't caught up yet, had a great, but tiring time in the UK. Did lots of shopping, had fish and chips, and came home with my English goodies (teabags, biscuits, jelly, etc etc)

Today it's Ethan's Birthday, I can't quite believe that at this time last year I was posting here from hospital between contractions!!Having a lovely time so far, got Mum here too which is great, cake sank in the middle and E only liked the icing, but apart from that everything's fine!!

Will read back and catch up, hope you're all OK.

ps Happy Birthday Peter, see you on Sunday
