MHaH - hi there, sounds like you'll have a great time at the party. Pleased to hear that Gigi's doing so well. Sam's a feisty little thing as well, especially when it comes to nappy changing & getting dressed. It's like trying to put an octopus in a string bag. Don't know about the pillow. We didn't give dd1 one until she was about 2.5 . Never occurred to me!

But maybe that's why A wriggles and props herself up on cuddly toys too...

Jack just went pillow mad for last 2 weeks until I realised maybe he needed a proper one.. thought might as well.. as probably better than baby waking up with teddy faces impressed on his cheeks all day??

Jack fell asleep on me the other day and when DP got home he freaked out because he thought baby had developed some weird rash... turned out to be the beads on my top...

MHAH - oo you can meet up too! Exciting! Gigi's birthday sounds very sweet. Also - coil, my sis had one and it really mimiced PG symptoms. She thought she was going mad and did loads of tests, but was jsut coil making her body all bonkers.

TSC - am so at you living on a boat. I would LOVE to do that. We don't have any canals or rivers or even very big streams so I don't think it would work though....

Am SO hungry and all this talk of Gordon Ramsey and chicken and chips is not helping. Me and DH are staying overnight at posh hotel fri (got voucher for dinner and B&B for wedding and Mum is finally babysitting) and restaurant has Michelin star and is V good by all accounts. Am so happy - a whole night's sleep, possibly an uninterrupted and not-hasty/tired shag and a nice lie-in! YEY!

Ellie - dinner etc sounds great! How much fun! Remember not to spend the evening worrying though!

DS1 didn't use a pillow until he was 4. Even now when I go into his room in the mornings he's laying flat out with his head underneath the pillow!
