[stupid emoticon] put a wash on, and when I went to take it out, realised I had put it on rinse rather than proper wash I wanted (opposites on the dial).

dizzydixies · 27/01/2009 21:35

ataraxis I haven't forgotten, I promise. now tell me what sort of stuff you're looking for and I'll see what I can do

ataraxis · 27/01/2009 21:37

OK dizzy, here goes...

Currently live in like these, fitted(ish) tshirts, hoodies/zip up tops

I feel like somewhere between 31 (when I had some sense of style) and now I have lost my way in terms of dressing.

In my heart I like things that are simple but slightly quirky. I generally only wear trousers (likely to keep to this as I really can't be doing with legs all the time).

Don't like 3/4 length sleeves/trousers. Prefer longer rather than shorter.

Colours generally autumnal.

I want to grow up a bit in my style but not feel middle aged! Don't even know where to start...

dizzydixies · 27/01/2009 21:52

right, thats a good start. Remind me your height, I remember size 12 was mentioned

are you looking work clothes or just a bit more grown upise?

VG you haven't spent all day with ataraxis or me and we're VERY needy and require our daily quota of VG time

ataraxis · 27/01/2009 21:56

5ft 7-8, yep size 12 (but in need of some serious toning still so don't be )

Don't need work clothes as are suits & fitted shirts, fine with those.

Just need other stuff - very BORED of my things.

and yes vg, we do, we do. S'pose you can spend some time with your dp if he insists

ok, rather than specific items (which makes a search a tad easier tbh) I can link you to the ones I have permanently bookmarked for you to peruse AND shall keep in mind things that I see in the new spring/summer ranges

how does that sound?

oopsacoconut · 27/01/2009 22:00

Dizzy - excuse my foreignness but what the heck is a weegie??? a friend of the wedgie?

Am pleased everyone had a fab time and VG made it home again without mishap. DD would have fitted in well with the feeding masses today she has fed every 1.5 -2 hours and my poor norks are suffering!

Now onto another topic altogether - hen I expressed tonoght DH said ooh your milk is pink - I looked and as I was pumping my right nipple was bleeding everytime the pump sucked - I dumped the milk would it have been okay for DD to have it? I might give the right side ( my best pumping side) a rest for a bit. She has sussed the cup totally now and loves it as we can chat whilst she has milk.

Does anyone like Joules clothes? they are having a final throw out - I got some great white linen trousers , 2 polo shirts and a wrap around top for £33 - thats the price of one of their polo's normally.

lol oops a weegie is a person faring from Glasgow - Glaswegian nn weegie

I don't know what to say about our milk, obviously if it was DD feeding she'd be getting it regardless without you being any the wiser - I take it you're not in any pain?

oh Sazz, we can never have enough of you now pull your breeks up and stop bawling, there's a good girl!

Sounds fab, thanks dizzy. I know it is no easy task when you don't even know what I look like - we will have to rectify that!

oops hope it is all ok?

sazz there will always be need for you

oopsacoconut · 27/01/2009 22:06

No, no real pain - a bit ouchy when DD first latches and hoovers. Am slathering the Lansinoh on and will just check with BFlady at cafe tomorrow.
