That is truly crap service natty. Mine was better than that because I had a high score on that quiz thingy, and they're really on top of PND round here (plus my HV used to be a CPN). i cant order from tesco cos my local doesnt do value products, which is sad that it means i can afford to shop at tesco.
all our money is going on the fing gas. does anyone have a key meter? should it be using 30 quid of gas a week? i know i run the heating alot but last week we used nearly 40 pounds
