Jet - i forgot to touch wood - he bit his friend the other day . I was mortified. I have visions of being cast out from the mum and toddler groups in our village!

RGPargy · 28/07/2009 20:12

Hi ladies

Just bookmarking really!! Sorry for the biting - DD tries to bite me too sometimes, but it's only out of excitement (!!).

Greedygirl · 28/07/2009 20:17

And once again owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! !!

RGPargy · 28/07/2009 21:54

Greedy - hope you have recovered from being bitten. I stopped BF before T had teeth but the very thought makes me wince..

We have been busy with nice things thanks. We had a fab holiday in Wales. T insisted on going in the sea despite it being cold. I eventually had to drag him out as he was shivering and he a had a distinctly blue tinge. Through he chattering teeth he kept saying , "like seaside".

Most of our usual groups aren't on at the mo so we've been busy catching up with people. The time seems to be disappearing.

Loopy - well done on the haircut. Sounds fab !

I desperately trying to find a raincoat for T that isn't black, brown or beige. Lots of the girls I know has really lovely macs but they don;t seem to do them for boys. Any ideas ?

Dh and I leaving T for a 'holiday' with his grandparents this weekend whilst we go hiking. Can't wait !

Loopy - I love Togz stuff. T has a regatta puddle suit which works well. What I want though is a rain coat that I can just chuck on when we go to playgroup etc rather than wrestling him to a full bodysuit when he isn't going to be outside for long.

After much searching for exactly what I want I've ordered this I've had to get a size 3-4 but it will fit him eventually and I love it. I still feel a little sick as it was more cash than I'd usually spend but it is fab - and fab and from New Zealand. God bless the internet.

Hi have been lurking and now finally have time to post.

DH is away for 6 days working in Manchester so I have had 3 days on my own so far and I'm coping so far. I miss him though.

Anabel is being a pleasure at the moment. She has a brilliant sense of humour and we have lots of fun. She isn't talking much yet just the odd word and lots of sounds but I guess it will come.

Rueben is growing fast and I have put away his 0-3 month clothes and taken out his 3-6 month stuff today. He is full of smiles now and is the cutest baby ever born.

I'm a bit over the summer . We keep getting rained on when ever we get out and about. Its doing my head in.

You are so right Loopy. Glad DH is finally home!

littleoldme · 06/08/2009 13:33

Hi all.

Loopy - I love your logic re the resale value of stuff. I've started keeping the boxes for Ts toys so I get more cash for them on e-bay.

I was supposed to see my Mum and Stepdad yesterday but he has swine Flu so I met my at a huge shopping centre. It was lovely to see her but I'm not doing that with T again. Nightmare!

Lovely and sunny here - hope it is with you guys too.

I ended up buying a 2.6m wrap and going halves with someone else on the postage as they were ordering from the same site too. Now it's time to either get to grips with Rebozos or RUBs. Failing that, i'll get it converted to a ring sling because i KNOW i can do them (i have one already!).

I also keep boxes for stuff i know i could sell on ebay lol.

LOM - who exactly did you meet in the shopping centre? I gather it was someone female lol. ;) Hope you are well.

I am working all week this week and i have to say i have no idea how i used to work full time with DS all those years ago!! It's been an horrendously long week so far and i'm missing DD like CRAZY!! I cannot wait for this week to be over so that i can spend all of saturday smothering DD in kisses and giving her lots of cuddles! She loves giving kisses, btw and if she gives me one, she has to give her daddy one too because she says "and Daddy kiss". So sweet.

littleoldme · 06/08/2009 18:52

Rg - That is VERY CUTE ! Much cuter that DS: on the odd occasion DH farts T says, "Daddy poo coming." Funny - yes. Cute NO!!!

Hope the week end really soon X
Oh - and it was my Mum !

Cute- this is such a cute age- apart from the whinging Anabel is a joy and so cute. If I ask for a kiss she sometimes puts on a cute/naughty/smilie face and says NO! Cracks me up everytime.
