Here we go. I was too sick, sleepy and preoccupied with my weight to notice the old thread running out

NattyEcoWarriorPrincess · 13/05/2008 20:57

am i crazy? hubby thinks so lol

LittleMissNorty · 13/05/2008 21:02

ohhh I'd like another one as well.....well my heart would....my head says god no not yet.....no money.....just getting my head round the one I've got...

DS sounds challenging Daisy....is this what we've got to look forward to? My sister has teenagers....now THAT is challenging.....arrgghh...

Right, who uses Huggies? And are super-dry or little walkers better than active fit? DD's keep leaking at night...

Right off to watch Gordon....later x

lackaDAISYcal · 13/05/2008 21:03

I use tesco active fit ones at night norty...never had a problem with leaking and they are nearly half the price of the big name brands!

lol natty; I'll give you a six year old if you're interested

FrazzledFairyFay · 13/05/2008 21:05

Hello everyone, just a quick visit tonight.

Norty, I use Huggies Little Walkers or Tesco equivalent during the day but always use a Pampers Baby Dry at night as I find that they leak less often than the Huggies ones. I never use napppy pants at night as they just don't seem to be as leak-proof as the traditional nappy, for that length of time.

lackaDAISYcal · 13/05/2008 21:06

and more on nappies, I've always heard pampers are better for girls and huggies better for boys. Not sure how true it is, but we used huggies with DS without a bother, but pampers would leak!

I saw in ASDA today that they are now doing their own brand version of Eco friendly disposables......I was tempted to give them a twirl, but didn't in the end.

FrazzledFairyFay · 13/05/2008 21:06

No more DCs on the cards here. I was just thinking today that I got pg with DS just after DD's first birthday.

lackaDAISYcal · 13/05/2008 21:11

there weren't any on the cards here either fairy

RiaButterflew · 13/05/2008 21:12

I mainly use Tescos own nappies, but will use pampers/huggies if they're on offer [pikey]. I always find pampers more leaky, but the tabs on huggies rubbed all the boys legs. Have just been using huggies when baggins had evil nappy rash/thrush.

We are watching Gordy (DH must be missing work ,thats 2 cooking programmes in 2 days!) Families SHOULD NOT cook together

Is DS ok at school daisy? Do you think it's something at school that is making him like that at home? maybe he is rebelling at home cos he's getting trampled on at school? hugs from me - I know where you are with it. I suppose I won't have the periods to deal with but little boys tantrums x3 - lucky me

FrazzledFairyFay · 13/05/2008 21:13

goodnight everyone

RiaButterflew · 13/05/2008 21:14

DH would have more babies tomorrow...

lackaDAISYcal · 13/05/2008 21:17

lol fairy....

Ria, he wouldn' be so keen if it was him having to squeeze them out would he?????

bumper, if you are around; how is your friend Lcy? I've not seen her around on the knicker checker thread for a while.

My cat just yawned in my face...her breath fecking stinks.....bleargh.

FrazzledFairyFay · 13/05/2008 21:18

just before i go ..... Jammy thanks for your nice comment on fb, but I still feel Frazzled

RiaButterflew · 13/05/2008 21:21

he says yes! though looking at gorgeous sleeping baggins (or either of the others when they are being cute) even I would consider it... with pain relief next time (and below the weight threshhold for water birth!)

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 13/05/2008 21:21

My cat was sick on the carpet Daisy and had done a huge liquid poo the colour of milky coffee in her tray. Nice! Hope there's not a trip to the vet in store.
