Hope everyone is ok. We had a lovely weekend, and B is now with the inlaws. She cried whe we left which was inevitable, but I am sure she will be fine. I managed not to cry until we were 5 minutes down the road. Still feel pants so am going to try and get a docs appointment tomorrow.

Eddas - in awe of anyone who is dedicated enough to do the marathon. DH has done it a couple of times and also reckons building up to that distance is the way to go.

DD has a preschool friend coming round this morning, her first playdate apart from my friend dc(when my friends stay too) she's been wanting this friend over for a while now but with her at preschool every morning and me working 3 afternoons, the other mum can't do the other 2 afternoons so we're snookered

I'm going to pop all the balloons today as there's too many they're getting in the way.

DH has gone back to work today after a week off I miss him already

Hey ladies, hope everyone is well - have been lurking for a bit, just never seem to get the chance to write anything.

Leaky - great to see you, hope G had a ncie birthday - we will get that NE meet-up organised this year!!

SPB - Hope T is ok - to be honest C very rarely has solid poo's. Loved the cake btw!!

POTC - Hope the hearing goes ok.

WO - Hope you all had a nice time at C's party on Saturday and that there were no family disasters!

Pesha - Hope you manage to get the car sorted out, and that there isnt too much flood damage!

Things manic here - had parents up for the weekend so dp and I could have a day out in Glasgow on Saturday - had a lovely time, new hair cut (sarah harding esque), lunch in a posh resturant and some shopping. Was lovely not having to manouvre pushchair round the shops!! Off on our holidays on Thursday so desparately trying to get organised for that, C is just about walking now...eeeeek

Hi all

We've had a busy weekend - trying to get stuff sorted out a bit in the hopes of moving, I went to the NCT Baby fair on Saturday - cycled there and back which was really enjoyable and we had someone round for lunch yesterday. Also I have to report that my period has returned - after 21 mths. Not too chuffed about that - although it does explain why I have been feeling very short-tempered......

Dippy - how are your eyes today? I think if they're not getting better by now you need some different stuff. I hope you feel less 'knotted up' soon. You have such a lot on your plate - and you are apparoaching the time when dd1 goes to schgool aren't you? I don't know about anyone else - but I found that a pretty massive shift tbh.

Oooggs - hope you and Jack feel better for Wednesday. B and I have our first settling in at nursery session this week.
