Rgee - treadmill, 20 mins, what made that happen? Good going though. You can turn up at 7 if you want! Otherwise just text me when you get on bus from town and I will pop out to meet you so that you know where to find us .

Treadmill whats one of those ?????? I think I need a treadmill after buying size 16 jeans today its a shitter being fat.

Core Plan - Laughalot - Core Plan. Seriously, SO easy to follow and if my BF can drop from a size 20 to a size 12/14 in three months then you can too (I honestly am not on commission for them). I have lost a stone! And I have little or no willpower. My sis has also dropped a dress size on the core plan from 12 to a 10.

Feeling better today. I will take the chocolate EAH but leave the tampons cos I don't think that is the prob.

Off to bloody Huddersfield AGAIN tomorrow but get to spend a day with my sis so that is cool

Wilkie I did do the core plan when it first came out however it was called something else then and I did lose a stone and was really eating normally at that. I just need the willpower. Enjoy huddersfield

What is Core Plan Wilkie? I have to know!!! about to do Slimming world, again I did SW a few years back, after hip surgery, a i put on a fair amount. Then kept it off until after I had Isobel. Didn't put on any weight when preg, except for my little baby bump. then when br feeding piled it on!

Am so bloody miserable with my lardy wobbly body. I have to loose some, for my sanity!

So, Core plan, what is it, where can I get it? how long will it take to lose 3 stone

I'm about to go and pack for the weekend. Looking forward to seeing my friends saturday night.

Reggie: I'm out all night, doing an overnight investigation. Its part paranormal, ( think Most Haunted ) and part historical. All really scientific, we have lots of fab squeaking flashing equipment.
Its in a pub this time. Last one, was in an old police station which is now a theatre. Its was great! The old cells were still there, under ground. Had some really weird things happen there.

Mr C is looking after Isobel all night. Then he's driving us home sunday and staying for the week. going to be some horrible conversations I think. Still, we'll get there, I'm confident of that

So wont see catch you all til after weekend. Hope you all have great weekends, also hope you get somewhere with the house Wilkie

Yup! we'll come and set up at yours if you like. We have a couple of fantastic mediums that come with us. Incredibly accurate last time, scarily so! they were not told where they were going, so no research could be done.

Has anything been mentioned since?

No, and I don't want to say anything to remind him, but I am sh!itting myself every time I go upstairs . And dh is away all weekend, so I'll be the one who has to switch the lights off every night...
