Wiiiiii are going to get ourselves a wiiii after christmas, only so dp can play Tiger Woods PGA Golf and I can play Mario!

My dd looks like she is from Annie! She has messed up scruffy hair, smudged felt pen all over her face and jumper, one sock on and no trousers!

It's a good look Holly. I love Annie!

FairyOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 10/12/2007 15:56

Hi Holly, thanks I have got the message with the info I require!

Well haveing a RL is over-rated. I decided to take Dcs to the playground. Fine on the way but as soon as we got there, DS started screaming. He'd done a poo, so I had to change him on a cold bench. He then continued screaming and DD started crying, so I bundled them both back in pushchair. 20 mins walk home and they both screamed the whole way - I was at the end of my tether and close to joining them by the time we got back. It took 10 mins after getting home to calm them both down and I still have no idea why they were crying! So we're back to stickers and tv for DD and rolling on the floor for DS. Oh well, at least I can MN.

deckthehallswithboughsofholly · 10/12/2007 16:10

I agree fairy, outside is definately over-rated! It is cold, often wet, muddy and sometimes smelly!

Glad you got the FB message.

Woah...DHL have finally turned up!

well Ive had a rl today!
took L for her last swim class, then ,lunch with 2 mums at Asdas. Did you know if you spend £1 in cafe - they give you free cow and gate jar of baby food?

Holly how much have you made on each Wii?

oh and Rias broadband is still broken, but you can get her on FB - shes not working now either.

justbeme · 10/12/2007 16:12

i dont mean shes broken - just that her job at the school has ended!

FairyOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 10/12/2007 16:14

btw, all recommendations for good wii games gratefully received

FairyOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 10/12/2007 16:15

I am at your successful rl da jbm, and glad that ria isn't broken!

FairyOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 10/12/2007 16:16

that'll be rl day not da

deckthehallswithboughsofholly · 10/12/2007 16:17

Well done for the RL jbm! I got dp to message ria yesterday, so she should be sorted now. I wish she'd hurry up and come back on, I miss her witty banter!!

I made about £50 on each Wii. Not a lot, but better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick! It has definately helped towards christmas as well.

Right, I'd best go and do some housework...yawn!

If your dh likes golf then the Tiger Woods golf game is really good (apparently)!

Do you know what my stupid dog did earlier? hes only eaten the long plastic cover off my pepparami stick!!! im not looking forward to that coming out the other end! (it might need a bit of gentle help!)

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 10/12/2007 17:31

Hi peeps
Back from travels. Journeys were much better than expected - normally a 6 hour journey, and only took an extra half hour. We definitely hit lucky big time with the traffic though.
Was a good weekend. All the family and my friends thought C was gorgeous, but then again, how could they not . Poor mite has had some bad pooping problems though. She got rather constipated and we ended up putting a splash of orange juice in her dinner Sat, Sun and today to help her out. Is much improved now though.

well, have tried to catch up, what has sunk in? New kitchen - cool, pics please? Peppa pig overload in several houses - no opinion of said PP I'm afraid. Wii laundering sucess - nice work if you can get it. Some poorliness - sorry. Bad trip to the park - bad luck, don't envy you that one but a massive well done for trying. And I'm afraid other facts have leaked out of my brain in the time it's taken me to write this. Sorry.

(It's good to be back btw)

WewishyouaBUMPERLICIOUS · 10/12/2007 17:43

hi all, well done on the wii fairy! holly you are a right old del boy!

well my car went to the garage today, the radiator needs replacing. at least that all i think needs doing, we'll find out tomorrow if it's anything else. So that's £120 I didn't need to spend before Christmas

fairy hope you are feeling calm after your trip out earlier.

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 10/12/2007 17:46

Ah yes, sorry to hear about your car Bumper. Right bummer that one. And your journey sounds like a right nightmare. Glad you didn't get too hard a time from the rellies though.

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 10/12/2007 18:03

Hoorah! Just found a pre-packaged baby food that DD will eat Don't want to give her it all the time, but handy to have the option. She's turned down boots and heinz organic jars so far, but just took some of a pouch of Ella's KItchen food - we picked it up in the (nice and posh) motorway services today. Will have to find a local supplier though, not going up to Cumbria each time we want one.

annobalthebignosereindeer · 10/12/2007 18:05

Your trip sounds great Jammy. Did you get well and truly spoilt?

Bumper, sorry about your car. I'm taking mine in on fri - not looking forward to that one! Love the chrissie name btw. Think you should enter it.

I'm out tonight for a spot of dinner with some friends. Looking forward to it but as ds won't take a bottle, if he wakes I have to come home...

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 10/12/2007 18:11

Well had all my meals provided (and very yummy they were too) and cups of tea and cake and pre-dinner drinks etc, all without lifting a finger. That's spoiling enough for me. And DH did his share of childcare, so did get to have a good natter with my friends, and even chill reading my book for a while

HellHathNoFury · 10/12/2007 18:23

I think Sainsburys and Tescos and larger Boots do Ellas kitchen. I have certainly seen them a few times.

LO has a virus and conjunctivitis. Been to GP this morning. DH is off ill...again.
It's all fun here at the Fury household.

Jammy - Bumper - Are we still ok for Wednesday?
What time?
Bumper you have my mobile number!

FairyOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 10/12/2007 18:30

welcome home travellers. fury, sorry lo and dh are ill.

all calmer here now. ds nodded off while sitting propped up on sofa so is in bed asleep. dd is watching night garden and then bed for her and G&T for me! Will try RL again tomorrow as far far too much tv atched today, but at least no more d&v.

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 10/12/2007 19:28

Fury and Bumper, I'm OK for Weds still. I know I found Starbucks a yummy great place to meet when I met Bumper before, so I'd like to propose that again.

HellHathNoFury · 10/12/2007 19:38

Sounds good, Starbucks it is then!
Let's hope it's not too busy.
