Morning - if its any consolation Jammy I didnt sleep too well either.

I used to have the Wombles posters all around my room! But their eyes used to freak me out abit as it looked like they followed me around!! and my first record I think was Jimmy Osmond "Long Haired Lover" - He was one of my first crushes whereas my sister who was 3 yrs older than me fancied Donny. I had Jimmys T shirt and she had Donny's!!

and Ive never been to a concert! well unless you count Neil Sedaka!!!! (it was terrible!) - I would like to go but always had a fear of needing the loo and not being able to get back to my friends!!

morning! glad i missed all the music talk last night as i am seriously uncool in the music stakes. i was into oasis for a while but it was originally only because a boy I fancied liked them too...and I was born in 1981 too

v weird though is that dh was 16 when I was born

DD and i are having a pj day and watching the Creek.

Jammy, sorry you had such a crap night!

Does anyone want to come round here and kick the living shit out of my dp? I really want to, but can't be arsed!

Night out turn into another disaster Holly?

deckthehallswithboughsofholly · 02/12/2007 11:01

Yup! He didn't get home til 4 after promising he wouldn't get too pissed and would be home early.

I went to bed about midnight and woke up at 2.30 in a panic wondering where the fuck he was. I rang him about 4 times and got no answer. Finally at 3 he phoned me back. He was so pissed he could hardly talk and said he was on his way home. He then phoned me 3 times on the way home, each time waking ds up. When he finally arrived home he had 2 friends with him, one of which I don't know and announced they were staying. Well...the friend I do know disappeared and it turned out he drove home . We got to bed about 5 and dp was snoring so loudly that I went and slept on the sofa. At 7 his alarm clock went off, he didn't wake up, but I did and so did ds and dd!

I now have some random guy I have never met before asleep upstairs and I want to have a bath.

FUCK SHIT ARSE BOLLOCKS WANK!!

About 16 I think! After I wrote that post I realised it looks like he is a teenage boy!

He honestly wonders why I don't like him going out without me .

PMSL MH!

OP posts:
foxythesnowman · 02/12/2007 11:20

Send DD in Holly to wake them both up. I would. Grrr for you. Hope you aren't cooking them breakfast!!

foxythesnowman · 02/12/2007 11:21

LOL MH!!!

deckthehallswithboughsofholly · 02/12/2007 11:25

Nope, no breakfast for the twunts.

Dp is up, but is asleep on the sofa now. I might go over and give him a swift kick in the nuts in a sec.

I'm am mainly pissed off because we are going to waste the whole day sat indoors because dp is in no fit state to do anything. We have so little time together that I want to do stuff when we have a boy free weekend. I want to go into town, but it is raining horizontally outside!

I also want a bath, but can't really until that twunt upstairs fucks off home.

IsawBUMPERkissingsantaclaus · 02/12/2007 11:26

Lol mhc!

Holly, doesn't he realise that he can't do things like that any more when he has young kids? who knows who this random guy is? I would be furious! especially as this going out and getting silly drunk seems to be a regular occurrence. when was the last time you got to go out and have a good time?

I know bumper! The thing is is he hardly ever goes out, maybe once a month or so, but whenever he does he gets so pissed that he turns into a complete loser.

I, however, can handle my booze (well sort of) and if I go out I may get a bit merry and throw up, but I don't turn into a twat!

I am feeling all shitty and like my head is full of wallpaper paste and flies. I REALLY want to have a bath to make myself feel human again. I'm sending dp upstairs to wake the randomer up and send him on his way!

foxythesnowman · 02/12/2007 11:32

Here, DP can go out and get as drunk as he likes BUT he has to be capable of parenting the next day, unless previously agreed. That's the deal. Is he incapable of childcare today? Any chance you can go out on your own?

I'd be farking livid too Holly. Like you say, your time is precious.

deckthehallswithboughsofholly · 02/12/2007 11:33

ROFL at the marrying her off MH! Do you have any suitors in mind yet ?

OP posts:
foxythesnowman · 02/12/2007 11:34

tell me to piss off. I've got too much to do to be arsing around on here all day.

deckthehallswithboughsofholly · 02/12/2007 11:35

He is not capable of staying awake for more than 30 secs, so no he is not capable of parenting.

If it stops raining I'm gonna take ds into town and leave dd here. She doesn't really need parenting, cbeebies does that for me!

OP posts:
deckthehallswithboughsofholly · 02/12/2007 11:36

I've got loads to do as well foxy, but I'm on strike!

OP posts:
foxythesnowman · 02/12/2007 11:52

You have every reason not to lift a finger for the rest of the week! I hope he is sufficiently shamed. He should be running about after you!

Good idea, take DS and go and spend some of his money.

We're having an online xmas shopping session here. DD has been nappieless on the changing mat, chewing on a shoe and giggling to herself as she rotates round and round and wriggles off the mat, with me checking every few mins to keep a muslin under her bum to catch dribbles. She seems to think it's a great game to keep moving round.

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 02/12/2007 11:56

And hope your dp is suffering holly, makes me glad my dh is a miserable so-and-so who wouldn't want to go out!
