Brand new and shiney, just like all those xmas presents which have already been wrapped up () and are underneath the colour co-ordinated tree!

errr...just reading up about conjuntivitus, as we are going to my sisters tomorrow, and I am not sure how contagious it is, and she may not want DJ near the twins...look what I found!
Gross!

"It's also possible for the same types of bacteria that cause the sexually transmitted diseases chlamydia and gonorrhea to cause conjunctivitis. If someone touches an infected person's genitals and then rubs his or her own eye or touches a contact lens, the infection can spread to the eye"

Has your sisters' DT eaten anything odd? My sister had a freaky rash all over her body when she was little from eating scampi. Never touched it since. Or, maybe she is allergic to your cats?

vinorouge · 16/12/2007 20:24

Wilkie sounds like you had a pleasant evening!

Have to confess we are a once/twice a month couple. I'm not that bothered and we are both so knackered all the time, always say we should make more effort but never actually do.

1st b'day - we are having Ellen christened on her b'day and just inviting immediate family so we have a smal enough group to have a meal at my parents afterwards.

Been to a 1st party today where there was a photographer (!), soft play hired in and the babes got a thank you present for going to the party! The mum of the b'day girl announced she is pg with her second too.

Had a successful xmas shopping trip yesterday. All wrapped and taken to my parents ready for xmas day.

walkinginaWILKIEwonderland · 16/12/2007 20:27

LTH - that sounds like me. I know we still haven't quite finished the 12 pack I bought when we got married (last July!! )

Hey - did anyone see the thread announcing GGG's new baby boy - she was the MNer who's little girl Maude died in January. I am really pleased that they have something to celebrate this christmas.

theUrbanDryAdventCalendar · 16/12/2007 22:26

vino - that sounds a bit OTT for the 1st birthday! i can just tell that was a PFB, before you even said!

I don't really go anywhere, just get too sucked in to Scrabulous/LiveJournal, and, y'know real life!

dh and i had a nice evening, mum had Z for us and we went out for a yummy meal and went back home for some quality time.

Lizzzombie · 17/12/2007 08:02

Hi everyone...if anyone wants to buy a very annoying present for someones LO, here this is what my sister brought DJ, opened last night on a our fake xmas with her...its sooooo annoying! (he loves it though)

Omg im I the only one who has sex then ?

theUrbanDryAdventCalendar · 17/12/2007 19:25

LaL - we have sex too!

dh got fired from his job today - it's not an issue as he was leaving on Xmas eve anyway, but his ex boss has said she's not going to pay him which means he might have to go through a tribunal which is just a PIA...

LadyTophamHatt · 17/12/2007 20:53

we have sex too.

I've bought more the one 12pack of condoms since january.

some were bumper 18 packs.

Dragonhart · 17/12/2007 20:54

Hi eveyone, sorry Ive not been on for ages but my dad has had his operation on tuesday and all went well. He has been told he will not need any chemotherapy or radiotherapy so it is all looking really good. He seems suprisingly well, the op was done by robot so not as invasive as normal. I think more like key hole surgery.

Before we left Luke was really ill and then RUth caught the same bug but then got an ear infection so it has been a bit mad. We are at PIL as dad's op was in london so it has been closer. DH took the week off but had to cancel it at the last minute so I have been runing around between where my dad is staying and where we are sleeping (40min drive) trying to look after everyone.

DH is coming back on wed night but then we have to venture into london for dad's checkup after op so if anyone knows anywhere to park near the Royal marsden it would be a great help!!

Havent been able to catch up as using MIL laptop so I hope everyone is ok. If I dont get a chance to get on again before christmas, hope everyone has a great christmas and will get back on after wards (going home on the 26th).

Wilkie- Im going to email you my mob so that if we are still opening on MSN then I can try to get on.

xxx

walkinginaWILKIEwonderland · 17/12/2007 21:14

Not sure about MSN as not everyone can open on there.

What about a mass opening on here??

Name and time below and we can just post as we open? Sound fun??

How about this Friday night 7.30pm? (I am at M&Ds from Sunday so no internet access)
