best I stick a cork up los arse until I get her weighed on Tues then Derlor!

Evening lovely Derlor. How are you?

You ladies are all a bit prem aren't you? Firework nights still to come. Then I have DS1s & DD1s birthdays (two days apart - BAD timing).

off to order crappy party stuff now, while its still in my head!

JBM, hope you are OK.

upsyderlor · 02/11/2007 20:39

Thanks Derlor and everyone -
no HV just said she looks fine and to not weigh her more than once a month.

Said to DP im either pre menstrual or pregnant!! - his reply was "I dont think you'd cope with any more" - Thanks! - that really made me feel better!

BTW how did you get on with your mooncup Daisy??

DingDongDaisilyOnHigh · 02/11/2007 20:54

how about Derlordsmyshepherd???? not exactly a Christmas psalm, but the shepherd bit's good, no?

WhilehumbleshepherdswatchedtheirFOX....bit of a mouthful though!

annobal · 02/11/2007 20:55

LOL I have a particular aversion to uggs, even though they are practically de rigeur round here. In oz in the 80s they were the uniform of 'bogans' (unfashionable chavs) - especially the knee high lace up sort.

Pizza good. Might have to get a choc tea cake now

Derlor, it is so great to have you here .

SG have also nearly finished my xmas shopping. Love it!

flashbangfoxy · 02/11/2007 20:57

Lentil weaving gone mad...

annobal · 02/11/2007 20:58

Am also struggling with a Christmas name. My creative juices are definitely not flowing.

JBM hope you're feeling better.

DingDongDaisilyOnHigh · 02/11/2007 20:58

so far so good with the mooncup...it's not as icky as I'd imagined anyway....although it has a suction on it like you wouldn't believe. Felt like I was giving myself a prolapse trying to get the bugger out earlier

I'm still using a towel as emergency back-up in case of leaks.

annobal · 02/11/2007 20:59

Should we start taking bets on who the first to get pg will be?

flashbangfoxy · 02/11/2007 20:59

Great minds and all that Daisy, that one crossed mine. I've not heard of the 'humble' shepherds though. Must've missed that bit of Sunday school

DingDongDaisilyOnHigh · 02/11/2007 21:00

sorry for being so out of it and provincial....but wtf are uggs?

annobal · 02/11/2007 21:00

Foxy the snowman?

flashbangfoxy · 02/11/2007 21:01

I'd be too scared - I'd have my leg cocked, tugging and tugging, then 'pop' moon juices everywhere. NOOOooooooooo.

annobal · 02/11/2007 21:02

This is the souped up version Daisy

DingDongDaisilyOnHigh · 02/11/2007 21:02

it's a Christmas Carol foxy

annobal · 02/11/2007 21:03

Eeeuuw!

justbeme · 02/11/2007 21:04

Yes thanks im feeling better now L is in bed and Ive got a glass of vino!

EWW Daisy - "Suction/prolapse"!!!!!

TA is lurking, - shes' posted about her "Friend" on the YM1982 disappearing act thread.

Ive got no creative juices and I dont like "JustbeScrooge"

DingDongDaisilyOnHigh · 02/11/2007 21:04

oooh, those....my nan used to wear boots like that when she was in her 80s, in the 80s.

flashbangfoxy · 02/11/2007 21:05

Ah! Not the other shepherds watching those other flocks then!

DingDongDaisilyOnHigh · 02/11/2007 21:07

what about justbemerry?

DingDongDaisilyOnHigh · 02/11/2007 21:07

what other shepherds watching other flocks?

annobal · 02/11/2007 21:11

Am off to watch Tudors. Nite all

flashbangfoxy · 02/11/2007 21:11

Essentially, Daisy, its the same but simplified.

I had some old ladies Uggs, bloody lovely they were too.

They didn't belong to an old lady, btw, but were in a style which would be appeal to an old lady.

Am I just confusing everything?
