Fairy, when I get a little more time (maybe later tonight?) I'll look in my camera magazine for recommendations. That's actually probably worth a buy in the meantime, one of the camera mags, so you can browse the market at home.

Seanschristmasfairy · 02/11/2007 18:10

Hi Holly, just sent you an email. Must go and bath DS now though. DD already in bed (yahoo!) absolutely knackered from school!

Seanschristmasfairy · 02/11/2007 18:10

And I love christmas too!!

justbeme · 02/11/2007 18:31

oh annobal - moisturiser is something i DO love - but passport covers/bubble bath/address books etc - leave me cold!

deckthehallswithboughsofholly · 02/11/2007 18:41

Is this pushchair a bit chav? I really like it, but if I see a 17 year old in a pink tracksuit pushing round a little girl with a bottle full of coke and pierced ears in it I shall be very upset!

Opinions please!

For secret santa if you could email me your address and any dislikes that would be fab.

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 02/11/2007 18:43

your email, holly?

Sputnik · 02/11/2007 18:48

Holly it just occured to me if I'm not participating in the secretsanta I could do the matching up. What do youo think?

annobal · 02/11/2007 18:50

Think itlooks great Holly. You should be pretty safe in black, surely. Then again i do live in souf london

DingDongDaisilyOnHigh · 02/11/2007 19:16

holly, the too pale inner of that pushchair would put me off I'm afraid. I like the look of zilkos though, but the metal handles are a definate no-no for me as I pick up static electricity like you wouldn't believe and would get a shock every time I went to push the damn thing.

c'mon ladies......join in with the secret santa, we promise no manicure sets!!

Did we decide whether it was for us or the DCs?

DH home so I'm off duty....yay! DD has had her supper already, but is showing no signs of wanting bed any time soon; DS tucked up already.

justbeme · 02/11/2007 19:30

Holly why do you need another pushchair??

AIBU to think that my nappies should have been posted to me by now? "won" them on Ebay last saturday and after chasing today got a reply back from seller to say that she's been stuck inside all week potty training so hasnt yet sent them!

HaveYourselfaNortyLittleXmas · 02/11/2007 19:37

JBM....when you finally get them and leave feedback, make sure you mention the dispatch time...."potty training"...what a crap excuse.
YANBU.

Holly - you and buggys perhaps you should join the girls on the swap / for sale boards

justbeme · 02/11/2007 19:40

annobal · 02/11/2007 19:42

justbeme · 02/11/2007 19:54

im roasting pumpkin seeds in the oven with olive oil and salt - never done it b4 I wonder what they'll be like?

Had a crap day today - Got L weighed and she'd lost half oz - she's been feeding for England and crying alot recently, that and the fact that last week she'd dropped down the centiles made me feel really bad. The HV said not to worry, but I couldnt help myself and proceeded to cry at Bumps and Bundles - so then felt even more crap about myself

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 02/11/2007 20:04

Sorry about your crap day JBM. Don't worry over an ounce though. I'm sure she'll pick up. And at least (I presume) you didn't touch a near stranger's boob! I was a bit unsteady getting up from sitting to standing in the swimming pool holding DD, so one of the other mums offered to hold DD while I stood up. As I passed her over I accidentally touched her boob ! I've only met her a couple of times at one of the groups, dread to think what she must think of me. (I apologised of course)

nowbringussomeJammypudding · 02/11/2007 20:05

Sorry, half ounce, not ounce.

And hope the pumpkin seeds are nice.

Seanschristmasfairy · 02/11/2007 20:08

Why does it look chav Holly? And whats wrong with uggs Annobal I have many pairs to go with my skinny jeans........not!

JB sorry to hear you are feeling crap I don't know what to say as I have opposite with DS - hes in the 91st and I'm constantly worrying that hes getting fat WTF?? I'm sure that L is fine and youre dong all the right things, has the HV recomended anything that you can do?

And I'm waiting for my king prawn biryani - yummy yum yum !!!!

Seanschristmasfairy · 02/11/2007 20:11

LOL Jammy at your boob experience I'm sure she hasn't given it another thought!

Seanschristmasfairy · 02/11/2007 20:14

Holly aren't you supposed to be selling pushchairs and not buying more?

Seanschristmasfairy · 02/11/2007 20:18

Think I here on my own - bad timing again!

Perhaps I'll just ramble about stuff been to gps and am being referred to liver consultant as bile acids still haven't sorted themselves out - I am not too sure about this as I have (to my knowledge) no obvious symptoms but I'm worried that I'll have to confess my wine consumption [cringe] and probably be told to cut out saturated fats and alcohol. Yeah right.

Anyways now how bored you with my health woes I can see DH on the drive with the throw away - sorry mean take away!

upsyderlor · 02/11/2007 20:26

i'll join secret santa
