LittleMissNorty · 15/10/2007 15:15

Afternoon Everyone...welcome back Annobal and Teabag

Had a lovely lunch with my friend. Daisy my DD had a bit of baby rice earlier (day 2)....yesterday it just slid in and out of her mouth...today she scoffed it! I gave it to her half way through her bottle and tbh, I think tomorrow I'll give her the whole bottle first and she didn't really want the milk...just the spoon. Everything I've read/been told follows in with what you said about weaning before 6 months, and I think you just have to do what's right for you and your baby...as long as they are over 17 weeks from what I can gather, and take it slowly, no harm will be done

teabag007 · 15/10/2007 15:15

hello daisy what are you plotting?

andiem · 15/10/2007 15:16

teabag I am kingston we could do a sarf london meet with fairyfay and anyone else who could make it that way like fury and a bumper although they have already said about having a big meet up in jan dooh

teabag007 · 15/10/2007 15:22

hello norty, sounds like it's going a treat with your baby rice.....
not good at postcodes foxy but i know that's not too far away
yes, let's do meetups - i'll say yes and then it will FORCE us out of the house which i'm not being very good at at the mo...

teabag007 · 15/10/2007 15:29

do your little ones fart particularly when they are feeding? or is it a more all the time constant thing?

are you hungry fury? did you find your burger heaven?
i'm afraid i don't know about dave holly

andiem · 15/10/2007 15:41

my lo farts for england he lifts his legs up in the cot and trumps away usually around feeding time nice

riabutterflew · 15/10/2007 15:44

hi teabag. I like to avoid conflict too.

baby baggins like to poop when feeding. I find it a bit off-putting.

he exploded in tescos car park today...

teabag007 · 15/10/2007 15:52

hi ria, how are you today?

it's one of the things which stops me going out is knowing she'll fill the nappy with elephants as soon as we step outside, or on the train, or in the shops....and it will be one of those ones which goes everywhere...

andiem - yes, i think it's called the "fart dance"

LittleMissNorty · 15/10/2007 15:57

My LO poos as soon as we're going somewhere.....its an amazing ability isn't it....she stinks the car out ...my DH suggested it was something to do with my driving ...an accusation which I vehemently deny

fairyfay · 15/10/2007 15:58

OOOOO yes for Southern big meet up very soon. We've had post since last thursday (fairyfay ducks)

andiem · 15/10/2007 15:59

I don't worry teabag I just take extra clothes we had to change him once in a remote car park in devon on a body board it was everywhere dh was being a bit of a loon but I just got on with it ds was going don't get poo on my body board worst thing was having to wash my hands in mineral water

the farting i ignore he also troughs like a pig when bfing so i ignore that too

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 16:09

I really really want some tom yum soup RIGHT NOW

HellHathNoFury · 15/10/2007 16:15

I hate diets

I tipped the scales yesterday at a whopping stone.
So now I am off home to grill a trimmed lean chicken breast.

Yum.

pppfffhhhhhhhhhh

teabag007 · 15/10/2007 16:27

yum, tom yum soup is one of my favourite things in the whole world....
