I think all that talk of superheroes made us all a bit feisty

i have, but try not to. am implanted though so should be 99% safe

IamDaisy · 13/10/2007 21:24

bumper I joined the FLYbaby thread...it has links to all the FLY stuff without having to sign up for the website.....

the stuff DH downloaded for me was someone's personal control journal from a site with lots of templates on.

Bumperlicious · 13/10/2007 21:25

Y'know my whole shoe thing? Well I never did find the ones I saw in a mag as my bfing reward (I know, any excuse!) but what do you think of these? And what colour would you get to wear with lots of stuff?

LittleMissNorty · 13/10/2007 21:25

TA - those pics are gorgeous....very of all that hair...am I the only one on this thread with a bald baby [sob][sob]

Bumperlicious · 13/10/2007 21:28

Yeah, I remember the link but for some reason couldn't open the document. Maybe coz we are on a mac? Just wondered if you could email them to me in a format I might be able to open. Are you finding them useful?

fairyfay · 13/10/2007 21:28

Dogtanian, I'll scrab with you

IamDaisy · 13/10/2007 21:29

DS was seven months at his first Christmas...we spent loads of money and he was totally overwhelmed by the whole experience and spent all day crying every time someone spoke to him, but we did get him one of these and he loved it long time. It helped him learn to stand and makes lovely wacky noises and is good fun.

i think we'll get a couple of bits for DD, and then get a string of christmas tree beads and few nicely coloured empty gift boxes that she can sit in as they are much more interesting at that age

LittleMissNorty · 13/10/2007 21:30

Blimey, my DH wouldn't last 2 weeks let alone 19 weeks....

Tell 'em to get the DVD's out ladies...that what I do ....whoops, nearly mis-spelt that wink then

IamDaisy · 13/10/2007 21:30

mee too holly!

riabutterflew · 13/10/2007 21:30

what's a tim tam?

don't know about xmas - the space issue fills me with dread. am going to get DH a sexy fishermans jumper and a samurai sword he sold his own for the deposit on his first house. the new one won't be that expensive!) DS1 is getting a RC plane and probably airfix stuff. don't know about ds2 - have got a noisy fire engine that I bought for someone else but changed my mind so might give him that, ds3 will probably get clothes.

I need to start a list. when does the boots catalogue come out?

milkyJammy · 13/10/2007 21:30

www.kiteretsu.jp/games/puppetfive/puppetfive.htm

Slightly odd, but kinda cute and fun

milkyJammy · 13/10/2007 21:31

Sorry www.kiteretsu.jp/games/puppetfive/puppetfive.htm

LittleMissNorty · 13/10/2007 21:32

Boots catalogue is already out Ria...and BHS full of their christmas crap bit and pieces

riabutterflew · 13/10/2007 21:34

need to go to boots then.

baggins is bald too norty. my boys are always bald til 2+

LittleMissNorty · 13/10/2007 21:36

Ahh that's good Ria...feel better ...anyone with a bald DD? Mine isn't completely bald, she has a bit of hair that sticks up like Stan Laurel

udderleyfoxy · 13/10/2007 21:36

God! No! to shagging. Well I have 4 kids so I am officially let off the hook.

Oh good, DD2 is crying so I can go cuddle

night all xx

fairyfay · 13/10/2007 21:37

Don't think DS will get much as DD had so many baby toys and he is inheriting all of those. I'm also sure other people will gte him things.

We'll probably get him a couple of nice clothes - so his presents will be more for me than him really .

We dressed DD up in a santa suit for her first christmas so DS will probably get something similar as well. Great for the creation of embarassing baby pics!

Bumperlicious · 13/10/2007 21:38

Timtam, you can get them in Evil Tescos.

udderleyfoxy · 13/10/2007 21:38

oh. She stopped.

Tim tams are a bit like Penguins, but better. Sainsburys do them and they are blardy luvverly. They are Australian and there is something called a "Tim Tam Slam" where you slurp your tea or coffee through it then scoff it before it slops into your cup.

I didn't know it worked with a Twix Bumper. I think I will most definately be trying it.

LittleMissNorty · 13/10/2007 21:39

Some lovely Xmas suits in Mothercare....Father Xmas and Raindeer - have I spelt that right....bloody hell I've been up since 5am...can't remember how to spell it

riabutterflew · 13/10/2007 21:39

i think we have a reindeer outfit from ds2, but it might be too big

LittleMissNorty · 13/10/2007 21:41

Foxy - I know how you feel about the evenings....my LO goes to sleep and 7 but I leave her in the bassinet down with us until we go to bed, when I take her upstairs and put her in the cot....just don't want to put her up there so early!!

I went out this morning before she woke up and came home about 2pm and I can't believe HOW MUCH I missed her.....I cried before I went to sleep last night about leaving her...how sad am I......

LittleMissNorty · 13/10/2007 21:42

...that's it Ria - thanks (how embarrassing)

milkyJammy · 13/10/2007 21:42

We got given a couple of Xmas babygro things in 6-9 month size, so hopefully they'll fit. And bought some reindeer bootees for 50p at the NCT sale today.

Right, time for bed. To sleep.

dogtanian · 13/10/2007 21:43

I have loads of christams stuff from when dd was little, but it is 6-9 months and I'm not sure it'll fit him in dec! He is a giant baby!
