weaning i am very crap and have forgotten to do this, I told oooggs i'd either scan and email or photocopy and post, but have done neither I'm gonna summarise below what my chart thingy says, hope it makes sense
This is from a guide produce when dd was at weaning age so 3 years ago, so starts at 4 months. Will just do the whole thing
from 4 months - 5 x 7oz milk, on one feed suggests some baby rice
4-5 months - 5 x 7oz milk feeds + two feeds of approx 125g(ie a small jar size)
5-7 months - 8 oz feed in the morning & evening, breakfast of 125g+7 oz milk, lunch 2 x 125g + some water or pure baby juice, dinner of 2 x
125g + 7oz milk
7-9 months - 7oz milk in morning, breakfast of 125g + toast/banana & wtare or juice, lunch, 190g(the bigger jars) + 125g + water or juice,
dinner 190g + 125g + 7oz milk, evening 7oz milk
9-12 months - the same as 7-9months accept they can have differnet foods IYSWIM
I also have these guidelines given to me by SIL for what foods they can eat at what age, BUT these are a fair few years old as her ds's are 8 & 9 Might still help though so here it is:
4-5 months - potatoes/carrots/swede/turnip/cauliflower/chicken/lamb/white fish(incl fishfingers with breadcrumbs removed)/stewed apples or
pears, obviously all mashed to within an inch of their lives
5 months - plain yoghurt/weetabix/porridge/readybrek/mashed banana
no sugar or salt should be added to any of the above
6 months - sandwiches(marmite/cheese spread thinly spread)/custard(no sugar)/jelly/plain biscuits/green veg
7 months - no extras mentioned
8 months - cheese/pasta/baked beans/bacon/pork
Not sure how much help that lot'll be but it may help It did for me with dd, am a bit slow with ds
