LOL Derlor....the fan on my laptop always kicks off my let down reflex...as does the sound of the bin lorry. It must be to do with the frequancy of the noise or something?

But at least with you it's a good excuse not to hoover, LOL.

Tonight I'm taking a flask of tea up to bed incase of wee small hour waking, then I won't have to come downstairs to make any and risk DD waking up too much!

I think that Urtica Urens works really well - you need to take it when your supply is lowest and just before - I was taking it at 2pm, 6pm and 2 am (when he woke up). I get it from Neal's Yard. If you don't have a Neal's Yard nearby, I can send you some as I have loads. (it's also great for burns)

Urtica Urens - ask for the homeopathic remedy in 30c potency.
