I'm actually thinking of knitting my own wool wraps for DD...those things cost a farking fortune. If they work out, you'll all be getting a pair for Christmas!!

IKWYM about the stress Natty...DH found out today that the company he works for has been sold. Apparently jobs are secure though and the now ex-owner has agreed to stay on as MD for three years, but the food industry is very fickle. All we'd need is for him to lose this job...It'd mean me going to work and him being SAHD (which he would love as his best mate is one already)

Evening everyone, I've only just sat down and am knackered! Have just read through the day's chatting and don't remember a thing . Apart from Natty - sorry you won't be coming tomorrow. Re the house, is there any chance that you could pay upfront for a period - that should take away any problem they have with your credit?

We may not be able to come tomorrow - DS1 had a spill off his bike this evening and has a nasty bloody swollen chin and cheek. He's cheery enough but may be a bit stiff and sore tomorrow. Poor thing, hope it doesn't scar. He was a trooper though and got back on his bike to ride it home.
