Sorry, couldn't think of anything witty against a background of constant whinging!

I don't think so BZ as long as they don't have sats etc. We are taking ds out next march to go skiing as the farking school holidays where we live aren't over easter and they are too late to go skiing. Loads of parents take their kids out every year

I have found the group on facebook yippeee

Hello. Am knackered.

Hope to have energy for tomorrow!

Daisy - I too admitted defeat in Clarks today. I also had to walk out of Waitrose too, as the children were losing control.

Andiem - Took ours out for 3 weeks to go to Oz. DS1 got a 'poor due to family holiday and hospital appointments' on his report for attendance. Funny how bad that made me feel!! It was most definately frowned upon!

loonylovegood · 28/08/2007 19:47

Evening! I am mucking about on the pc when I should be getting ready for tomorrow's day out! Tell me to piss off!!

daisyandbabybootoo · 28/08/2007 19:53

lol foxy....i've abandoned a full trolley before due to ds being a little git....and i didn't even have dd then! can't imagine it with 4!

we're taking ds out for the last day of term before the October hols (mental note to self...PASSPORTS) and i'm bricking asking incase she says No. She's a bit intimidating is our HT!!

daisyandbabybootoo · 28/08/2007 19:53

Holly.......piss off!!!

loonylovegood · 28/08/2007 19:54

Thanks daisy!

bumperlicious · 28/08/2007 20:05

TA I might just text you to see where you are tomorrow if I can't find you guys. Just a quick pop in as I'm at my mum's. My sister has taken DD out for a walk as she was screaming and inconsolable! See you tomorrow. I've got a quinny with a maxi cosi and i am short with short brown hair. I'll probably be there about 11ish.

faylisa · 28/08/2007 20:27

Hi everyone - I'm coming tomorrow too and will aim for 11-ish at the cafe. I'm tall with medium length dark brown hair and will have a charcoal phil and teds with blond curly haired DD toddler in the front seat and 11 week old DS underneath. Looking forward to meeting people.

sputnik · 28/08/2007 20:33

i am SOOOO fed up of house hunting i was in the same bloody position 4 months ago! when do i get to relax it takes the piss.

i am just so fed up, why wont people leave me alone to enjoy my babies?

Charlie999 · 28/08/2007 20:46

Trouble is I won't recognise any pushchairs! Whats a maxi cosi?

I've got a toffee coloured Graco thing FWIW!

DS underneath - blimey! I'm looking forward to checking out all these buggy's!

TA - I'll text you in the morning if that's OK so you'll have my number. Did you park opposite last time?

NattyThomasandEllen · 28/08/2007 20:47

please can we do another meet up asap! ive missed two now and i really want to meet you.

loonylovegood · 28/08/2007 20:48

Oh natty, it's so shit isn't it? My credit rating is shit, so I couldn't get anywhere to live either and was about to be made homeless with a 2 week old dd until a letting agency said they would take us with my parents as guarantors. Could you do that?

NattyThomasandEllen · 28/08/2007 20:50

nope my parents are horrid and wont help us.. dont even get me started on my parents

faylisa · 28/08/2007 21:03

Just spent ages on facebook looking for TA's mobile number for tomorrow and can't find it... am i being a muppet? can someone pls tell me where it is on the profile

daisyandbabybootoo · 28/08/2007 21:06

aw natty...firstly, I'm sure there will be another meet up soon and you'll meet everyone. I'm with Sputnik; will you all still speak to us when you are RL friends? with enough forward planning I think I'll try to make the next one

sorry about your house situation . I wouldn't have thought your credit rating would reflect on your ability to pay rent...it's not exactly credit is it? Can you try some housing associations again or the council?

DD in bed, living room reasonably tidy, just had my second dinner of the day (12 week growth spurt and I'm hungry hungry hungry...well that's my excuse anyway!!) and am risking a wee glass of wine.

NattyThomasandEllen · 28/08/2007 21:09

a whole glass daisy u devil.
really gutted about tomorrow, i have promised to spend day with mother in law. BELIEVE ME I WOULD RATHER BE WITH YOU even if the idea of social gatherings makes me rather nervous lol
