Speaking of hair, anyone else's LO got hairy ears?

Mine has Jamantha.....the midwife said it would go but no sign yet....oh I hope it does! It was really obvious when she was born.

If it doesn't go mine is SO going to be teased at school!

Jamantha...we call DD wombat as that's what she was like when she was born, with very dark tufty hair on her ears. it then faded and today i noticed that it's gone from the tops and is much less around the edge, but it was crling around into her ears when she was born!

It's her hairy builders bum that I'm more worried about. She has a hairy spine fgs!

phew! nice to know we're not alone with hairy ears. Have (ridiculously) been too to mention it before

My dd has hairy ears and a hairy bit at the top of her bottom! She did have hairy shoulders but they've gone now.

The reason why I went into work is that I have to apply for a new job to go back to. The one's I went in to do today were overseas posts which is why I was applying early. But I will have to start looking for new jobs after Christmas.

What do you do Bumper? Did you leave your job when you went on mat leave?

Feel better bout hairy ears - glad it's not just mine - her curled round into her ears as well ! Have said to DH that she WILL have long hair LOL!!!

hiya - my DD has those embarrassing hairy bits as well. TG they grow out of it!!

Everyone in my house is ill at the mo including DH so no break for me at the weekend

BTW for anyone interested Next is selling some totally fab sweaters (rollneck or v neck) in very soft acrylic - totally great and only £10 each!!

Must admit I'm totally panicked just reading about you guys getting all the bits ready for school. OMG totally cannot imagine dealing with that yet!! DS only 18mo so a ways to go TG!!

Wow - took 2 days off MN and its taken AGES to catch up !!

thanks for all the birthday wishes for yesterday - very nice! Just had a quiet day - and Lucy had her 6 wk check. She's now 11lb 2 oz - so put on 3 and half pounds in 7 weeks - i met another baby who was 14 weeks old and had only put on 1 and a half - she is starting to look like a little budda!!

Sorry some of you are feeling down - at least we can all share our feelings on here.

Oh yes and glad the meet up went well, but I am confused as to who is who on the photos - can someone identify ev 1 to me by clothes worn??

LOs latch has gone to cock again and my nipples are still bloody stinging 30 mins after I last fed her.

She's got a poorly tum as well and we've had a few interesting nappies this evening. She's now in despicables as I can't keep up with the washing!

Lucy too has just had an awful nappy - she went again as I was changing her and my gut instinct to "save" her clothes was to catch it in my hand!! It was all (TMI) foamy!!!!

Above and beyond the call of duty IMO JBM I'd have let the clothes get it.

babyboo's forhead was all hairy too and she had sideburns that Noddy Holder would have been proud of

DS was the same, but he was much fairer so ot wasn't noticeable...he was hairy all over like a peach...Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm

School starts for us on Tuesday. DS has decided he wants packed lunches this year....one more thing for me to be disorganised about in the morning

i was reading a thread about something else on here one night and someone who clamed to be VERY famous kept bragging on about it but wouldn't say who she was - it was really annoying, i think she was (or was pretending to be) Kerry Katona but i'll never know!
