I'm sure mr nutty or mr pinions would manage 5...

If you are anywhere near halifax there is a great museum for kids called eureka... all hands on? Was going to suggest asking nutty or pinions but I dont think either of them could find their arses with both hands - best consult multimap!!!!

Pinions · 11/07/2007 15:57

Octo pleased to hear the good news and theo agrees .

Pinions · 11/07/2007 15:59

Yes it is me.....or is it .

Katy44 · 11/07/2007 16:02

That depends. Have a look around you, if you can see Ellie and nutty then yes it is. If not, then by a process of elimination you should be able to figure out who you are by who is left.
Unless you're one of the children...that complicates things.
must get on with work really instead of avoidance tactics

Katy44 · 11/07/2007 16:03

Might give myself a little treat and empty the bins

Pinions · 11/07/2007 16:04

Nutty here...thanks Octo I'll try that

Pinions · 11/07/2007 16:05

pmsl @ katy!

Katy44 · 11/07/2007 16:23

Wow I'd forgotten what fresh air smelt like

geordiemacminx · 11/07/2007 16:28

same here katy - the furthest i have been today is the washing line... in the runing for skanky troll mummy of the day, not been washed, no make up bra or knickers as still in pj's...with this season hottest accessory - the baby carrier strapped to me!!!

Katy44 · 11/07/2007 16:32

I'd have beaten you but had a shower about half an hour ago when the unwashedness all got too much (me and him - he had a bath too)
Still haven't actually brushed my hair though, the longer I leave it the more tangled it will be when I actually do it.
Do you have a stylish carrier though? That would unfortunately earn you brownie points, probably meaning I'm still winning!

geordiemacminx · 11/07/2007 16:47

aye its black denium..... just a m&p ne though....no slings or wilkinets or any other such cloth in this house!! On the good wifey front - i have chicken cooking in the oven for tea... have just lost my finger prints trying to remove the crispy skin before dp gets home....

because whilst people think that it is unacceptable to leave dogs in cars it is perfectly fine to leave kids.... cretins.

Deearna

were you aware that there is a small fee to pay for advertising your business on Mumsnet? As the other Mumsnet business owners pay it, it's rather unfair for you to just post on random threads and advertise.

Pinions · 11/07/2007 17:44

It's Ellie btw ladies, and I've reported that post, hope you don't mind but when people like Flame pay the fees I feel it's unfair that others don't bother.

Pinions · 11/07/2007 17:49

Matthew and Louis are having sausage sandwiches, babys are chatting and mummys are planning a trip to coolcats tomorrow! Happy days.

Pinions · 11/07/2007 17:50

Has everyone deserted us again?

oooggs · 11/07/2007 18:17

wow jealous I'm not partying up north hope you are all having a fab time

octo great news, you know what and the weaning. I have bought a 2nd tripp trapp and even though Erin would look lost in it. I could put Jack in with towels down his sides to support him. But I will be using the bouncy chairs until about 6 months. Two on the floor is easier than one up and one down
