envious of those of you whose little ones are sleeping through the night, sorry for others having a bad time.

Octo, what a horrible dream. I had to check Danny, only 90th time this morning, when I read that. He's still here, asleep now, with his usual great sense of timing.

Emmymummy · 11/07/2007 10:25

morning - weird psychic connection going on again as S was up loads in the night too. She's sitting on my lap dribbling all over me now but v. chirpy. Maybe teeth moving?

Off swimming later - don't want to tempt fate but having cut out random biscuit/chocolate eating, I seem to be loosing the dreaded tummy flab at last. Strange as I wasn't eating that much extra, but maybe I'm jusr being a bit more conscious about what I eat. Have also started a punishing stomach exercise regime this week, so hopefully I might be back into my fav jeans within the next few weeks...

Have a good day all - my hand is being sucked, think she's hungry!

geordiemacminx · 11/07/2007 10:25

morning ladies!!!

Katy44 · 11/07/2007 10:27

morning elkie, sorry you had such a nasty row, really leaves you feeling for the next day or so, doesn't it?

Emmymummy · 11/07/2007 10:27

Hi Elkie - sorry you had a rough night. Hope you manage to get some rest today

Katy44 · 11/07/2007 10:27

hi emmy and gmm

zazas · 11/07/2007 11:18

Morning. Sorry you to hear you had a fight elkidee - makes you feel so deflated doesn't it but easy to happen when you have a wee baby, it will get easier. Also so sorry to hear about your friend's baby WO.

Also had a sort of sleepless night here, S is HUNGRY and wants to be fed more at the moment - I love bf her but it does tire me out somewhat. I think someone else said that their baby likes to stand up all the time - it is what S is doing (my other 2 didn't) and it is so cute although hard getting her to bend in the middle so to get her into her bouncy chair etc-maybe it is the enormous real nappy that she sports ??

Also off swimming today - and then sports day - third time lucky with the rain, have to say I am so looking forward to end of the school year - just not having to be somewhere every morning and on time

Just spoke to my friend in Paris (we are off there next week) and we are going to catch up - not seen her since in nearly 8 years (she has been living in Sydney) and between us, 5 kids later I can't wait!

Better get sorted and dash!

Katy44 · 11/07/2007 11:20

Yes - bending in the middle is a problem here too, we call him "cardboard Tristan"

AngeG · 11/07/2007 11:37

Morning all

Izzy also likes to stand up...and sit up doesn't like to be laid down I think she feels she might miss out on what's going on. She's nosey just like me

Zazas hope you have a great time in Paris.

Elkie - Sorry about your arguement with DP

Hope those going swimming have fun.

Oooggs sorry about your sh*t night...hope tonight is better.

Octo - come on be brave

Dippy - your post about your lovely afternoon made me well up. Glad you had a good time

oooggs · 11/07/2007 14:53

Eddas I have sent you an email, but pc went funny so not sure if it will arrive - please let me know either way. Cheers

Kneehighinnappies · 11/07/2007 15:07

geordiemacminx · 11/07/2007 15:14

Pinions · 11/07/2007 15:18

I bet it has, what would you do if I ever left when I threaten to
tis Ellie btw
Journey was ok, now I'm thinking that instead of going home I should keep on upo the country and drop in on you northerners instead
tho I'm not sure I'd like it any further north, they all talk funny enough round here and it gets worse the further up you go

Kneehighinnappies · 11/07/2007 15:19

Have you checked out leaky's bumbo video on face clip, ROFL[GRIN]

Kneehighinnappies · 11/07/2007 15:20

sOD GOING UP NORTH get ur arse down here and give me a hand!!!

Pinions · 11/07/2007 15:22

oooh, can i?
you realise that I have an extra 2, so would mean more work not less
and I have no idea where you are, you could well be on my way home!

octo · 11/07/2007 15:28

I have been brave

it was negative PHEW!!!! No sex now til get that coil in! Feeling rather relieved as you can imagine and am thinking 3 is def enough!

Nutty - more stuffing needed in your nature babies?

Oooggs - weaning going well - just offer him banana prrodge every day when its a good time for us both - but I do need to get a highchair for him - he likes being with us in the kitchen when we eat and its a bit lethal with the bouncy chair on the floor! Am going to opt for a tripp trapp kind of one but need one he can sit in now really so not sure what to do.

My lawn is down and looks lovely

geordiemacminx · 11/07/2007 15:43
