Evening all,

Glad to hear you're still coming Elkie. Don't know how you get anything done having to take buses everywhere!

CaptainDippy · 02/07/2007 21:44

Hi norma!

I only learned to drive in Feb - I used to walk / take public transport everywhere before that - if you don't know any different, it isn't a big problem - Couldn't live without my car now though.

weeonion · 02/07/2007 21:45

evening folks..

elkie - for you. you have really given this your all and i am so impressed by you. i hope it goes ok - i know it is an emotive thing.

sokl - you sound so much chipper tonight. i remember reading a post where you felt you needed a break. hopethat happens soon but bless b on being more settled when you needed her to be! ooggs - hope you are all ok too

c had her jabs today. all went fine - a bit of a howl when she got them but quickly distracted with a rattle. i was the one nearly blubbin tho'.

dh has gone back to his nursing job. now on long shifts so we dont get to see as much of him - it breaks his heart. bless. i am not sure how he is gonna feel when we head off for over a month!
is anyone else spending a fortune whilst on maternity?? i seem to be goign through my cash at a rate of knots - with classes/ groups and meeting folks..

normabutty · 02/07/2007 21:46

The buses round here are crap...well they're ok but not if you'r trying to take a pram!

Hi weeonion! yes, I spent a small fortune while my DD1 was little ... No time to spend now though .....

normabutty · 02/07/2007 21:47

indeed we are...and fun too!

oooggs · 02/07/2007 21:48

cheers Ellie - it has just confirmed I have chosen a good one. Will go to either Halfords or Toys R Us and check it fits and how it fits, then order it from Kiddicare.com where I think it is cheapest.

Knackered here to Captaindippy!!!

CaptainDippy · 02/07/2007 21:48
