Hey Pesha & Ellie!

CD - glad you got the money ok.

Maveta - lol @ the S.E.X - want some of that

Erin is finally asleep...but due a bottle in half an hour or so...have started to fill bottles with water in am like you suggested ooogs & sokl.

mammyjo · 02/07/2007 13:38

Afternoon! Have tried to catch up but am failing miserably! 3 month old keeps occupying my time!
Ellie, what texts? I have obviously missed something important. I am sure your house isn't that bad! I have been trying to clean today. Have managed to dust and polish the hall and lounge and not much else. Dh came home when I was in the middle of things. Quite glad that he saw me busy actually as I am sure he thinks I sit around drinking tea all day. I wish!

Elkie, great to hear that you got Danny latched on for a bit. Hope the bf counsellor is helpful today.

mammyjo · 02/07/2007 13:40

Oh yes, almost forgot, what is sex?

Pesha · 02/07/2007 13:47

Hey nutty

Just seen travel reward charts on ebay, is just a printed pic laminated but is only couple quid so will get dc one each - they can be nightmares shopping and cant really get ds one without getting dd one although i think she bit old really. Have just emailed seller as dd wants a bratz one! [eye rolling emoticon]

Meant to say to all having trouble with their big los i always found reward charts worked well with dd, not so much cos of the reward but more cos it got me focusing on her good behaviour and broke the cycle of her continually being naughty and me getting more and more wound up so overreacting in turn making her cross so she'd be more naughty and so on. Only ever stuck to it for fortnight at most but that was long enough to get us back on track for a few months until the next phase started!

oooggs · 02/07/2007 13:49

hi all

Pesha - how you getting on with the grobags?
Nutty - is the bottle making easier?

hello to everyone else - no change here except ds1 seems (touch wood) to have reverted back to my fantastic first born son.

No wetting for 5 days, great behaviour and infectious giggling - hope this lasts.

DT's are moving all over the place on their backs, very funny especially when in their shared cot. Bought another cotbed and mattress over the weekend, exactly the same one that I bought in Argos 3.5 years ago but £50.00 cheaper - bargain not that they are ready to be parted yet and we aren't ready to move out of their room cos ours isn't ready - I have been stripping paper today.

normabutty · 02/07/2007 13:49

Hey Pesha, why you not on msn?
I hope you're not doing housework too...I'm the only one living with the dust!!!

Pesha · 02/07/2007 13:49

LOL mammyjo - I wouldn't mind sex it's just having to do it with dp thats putting me off!!

normabutty · 02/07/2007 13:50

Oooogs - yes it is def easier although DH needs to remember to put the water in the bottles rather than leave it in the kettle

normabutty · 02/07/2007 13:51

PMSL Pesha

oooggs · 02/07/2007 13:52

lol pesha

Pesha · 02/07/2007 13:54

Cos if i go on msn nutty ill never get anything done!!

Ooogs - not got them yet just been buying them!! I have got 1 somewhere that my sister gave me but no idea where In fact alot of stuff seems to have disappeared - think dp must have shoved a load either in a cupboard or in the loft. Have to have a search soon i think.

normabutty · 02/07/2007 13:56

lol... that's why I'm not doing any housework is it???

oooggs · 02/07/2007 14:01

I think they are great and used them with ds1. DT's are in original grobags but size 6-18 mths as the 0-6 mths was too tight around the neck

Pesha · 02/07/2007 14:12

6-18?? i hope d's not cos i just bought 3 0-6!!

I didnt really mean to but they were so cheap and sweet!!

oooggs · 02/07/2007 14:24

maybe a different make, I tried them when they were 8 weeks and Jack was already too big for it. These are fine except a bit long. Maybe the one I bought was been shrunk

normabutty · 02/07/2007 14:35

I still haven't started using mine. They say for 10lb+ and Erin's still too little

JoMa · 02/07/2007 14:52

he'll be fine pesha, dylan is much smaller than jack i think!

Sexonknackeredlegs · 02/07/2007 15:08

Nutty, the 0-6 month grobag I have says from 7 pounds.

I haven't used ours yet either as K is still in the moses basket.

Feel really lethargic today - cannot be arsed to do anything. K is sleeping, and has been a quite a bit today. Nice to have peace and quiet, but then the worry wart in me thinks "hope she isn't ill" or "hope she sleeps tonight"!!

How is everyone?

octo · 02/07/2007 15:14

Quick hello

maveta · 02/07/2007 15:26

JoMa - did I? Shit, maybe it´s only set to make payments in Euros then, is that possible? Cos I´m sure I selected pounds and then afterwards thought I must have done it wrong but if it´s done it twice maybe it´s a settings thing. Dh wouldn´t have a clue, he´s less computer literate than me! How do I stop the payment?

lol @ pesha - poor dp!

leakyR · 02/07/2007 15:58

quick hello from me too.

Kneehighinnappies · 02/07/2007 16:09

Hello I have been off scribbling away on bloody face book again, I am so addicted!

dd1 is in bed she has got a temp and is in a reallly grotty mood and just to make life a little easier we have dh's Dc's coming to stay for a couple of days, not ideal when you and the little ones are feeling like shit!
Oh well guess I better just suck up the snot and get on with it.

Lesley just scribbled on your wall

leakyR · 02/07/2007 16:30

Nice image that "suck up the snot" one.

Saw your lovely pic on wall, can;t get grafitti to work on my pc. Boo.
