Im here briefly, and a bit sweaty from a hilly run in dh's kagooly thing because it was hail and thunder just before I went out

Poor House Of Flame. But I dont have that much sympathy becuse you're bloody 9st 9 I was 9s 8 once as an adult, just before the Great North Run 2002. Weighed myself today... happy dance as 3lbs lighter, then not so happy when I realised its been 6 weeks or so since I last checked I think. Will consult diary later.
I have a spare test here, but I got beaten to it re offering

I need a flood to get a new front roonm carpet...

Night nappies are back

Are you two getting my cherry tree mixed up with my plum tree? The cherry tree was very small really; the big droopy pretty thing is the plum one, which is well and truely stayin put (and loaded with fruit as is the apple tree!!)

Jas, I dug out the instruction book for the cd player, it had the receipt with it. I really thought I'd got it about 10 months ago; turns out it was 2years Where did that time go???

mustrunmore · 09/07/2007 21:36

If I had money, my buggy obesssion(now redundant) would be replaced by a Boden baggies obsession Got a great pair for £1 in the charity shop last week for ds1!!!!! And he's got several 'in the style of', as I think you've seen

CantSleepWontSleep · 09/07/2007 21:55

Wow - £1 for Boden is very good. Yes, think I must be confusing plum with cherry .

CantSleepWontSleep · 09/07/2007 21:56

I was thinking of one in front of the playhouse on the left hand side. Is that where the plum is?

Flamesparrow · 09/07/2007 22:02

I wanna see the treeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees

(Did you hear back on the beanie thread... if its the right person she's gone away )

CantSleepWontSleep · 09/07/2007 22:19

No, haven't heard yet.

Jas · 10/07/2007 06:53

Morning.
ds has been up since 4.30.[tired face]

mrm - yes Imust be thinking plum tree too. I read your post half asleep and thought you were goin to say you'd only had the cd player two months and were going to take it back for a refund.

The dds have a election of mini-Boden stuff.
I bought it off another mumsnetter.

mustrunmore · 10/07/2007 08:23

Dont worry, your claim to the cd player is safe!

Trees: there's an unspecified one on the very left, then it was the little cherry, then the plum on the right (then the apple is above the bit of concrete I painted green). Flame, I'll take a pic for you when I get round to it! Or will have a look and see if already got one!
cherry looking very droopy and sad today

Oh joy, its the RAF museum again this morning

mustrunmore · 10/07/2007 08:36

here you are, for limited time only, trees! The other pics are of me saying goodbye to my lovely friends , and ds1 in his Tom of Finland mode The cherry is the littley littley one, the plum is on the right.
I cant believe i'm so sad as to show you all a pic of tress

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/07/2007 08:49

I wasn't thinking of the plum then! But maybe a combination of the cherry and the unspecified one.

Yay for the dd's having mini-boden! Wonder if flame thinks it's very you too ?

mustrunmore · 10/07/2007 08:53

TBH, I've never looked at boden for girls!

If anyone knows what my other tree is, i'd be happy to know...

Oh, and its 4 weeks since last weighed myself, so not quite so bad, but not good. I'm almost back to what I was after ds1, so at least I've got rid of the ds2 weight. But the ds1 lot didnt come off after him, so it'll be even more stubborn now It must be worrying me alot, as I even dreamt about Flame in her dress last night!

FlameDelacour · 10/07/2007 09:39

Ooh trees

Nah, mini-boden is just you Tabs

Thanks to Phoenix I am pleased to announce that it is just a weirdy hurty nasty period that can't make up its mind, nothing sinister. If I didn't know rl people who had got pregnant with coils I wouldn't panic so much!!

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/07/2007 14:48

Get your votes in early!

FlameDelacour · 10/07/2007 20:03

Just had to bath DS... DD poured his milk over his head

He's now sobbing again.

Tummy hurts.

Tired.

Fed up.

Need to do a new thread, will get one sorted after I've taken strong pills.

CantSleepWontSleep · 10/07/2007 20:07

Err, why did dd pour his milk over his head? Does he drink from an open cup btw, for her to be able to do that?

FlameDelacour · 10/07/2007 20:13

No a bottle, its got a bit of a leak, so I think it was a mix of the leak and the shaking.

It was in need of a wash apparently

2boysmacca · 10/07/2007 20:26
Grin
CantSleepWontSleep · 10/07/2007 21:35

Where is everyone lately?

Another screamer here, both after afternoon nap, at going to bed time (but settled after a while) and just now. Administered nurofen this afternoon and again just now. Think there'll be another tooth soon then!

Has ds settled now flame?

FlameDelacour · 10/07/2007 21:45

Yup, settled now. Eatin my chicken and gradually waiting for pills to kick in. Will do new thread in the morning - too tired

Jas · 11/07/2007 07:32

I've been spending "quality time" with dp in the evenings in an attempt to soften him up before all the mumsnet time out I'll be havng in the next few weekends

I did tell him about 4th August this week and he isn't happy.

Also stupidly busy at school. The last few days involve parents being there almost as much as the children
Art exhibition yesterday, sports day today, open eveing tomorrow, and special assembly on Friday (only parent helpers invited to thatone)
Next week is even worse.

mustrunmore · 11/07/2007 08:44

lol at quality time. We had some of that planned last night; I got the tea ready, left the three of them esting while I tidied up the bedroom (ie beat a path to their bed/cot), then did my diary, fell asleep, woke up 9pm No run, no quality time, but at least I didnt have to put the boys to bed Hope you're not thinknig of backing out of that weekend Jas....

FlameDelacour · 11/07/2007 09:29

You will NOT back out of the weekend - even if we have to come and get you by force!

Its not like you're out boozing every night.

Meetin Friz today
