Oh dear for Boris - must have somehow missed all that.

Fab hair Jas, but would it be rude to agree that you do look old and haggered in those photos! Can I assure everyone else on your behalf that you don't look at all old and haggered in RL!

mustrunmore · 22/06/2007 09:15

Its not as red as I'd got built up for!!! And it doesnt look like you. Is this some kind of reaction, just because ypou're finally Jas, now you have to not look like yourself instead?

csws, I'll tell you what I have left.. not just the xmas pud... also have the tempura, half a swede, condiments and sauces, couple of tins of things, and more eggs because i needed some for the cakes we have to make for the school fair Also have some cake, as one didnt come out of the tin properly !!

Chloe55 · 22/06/2007 09:31

Hiya!

OMG PG! I would have had a fit if the ceiling collapsed on me whilst I was sleeping! Make the most of being at your mums and get yourself out to the pub on an evening

I like the colour Jas, am re-dying mine purple tomorrow, bit worried though because I got really stressed on Tues (PMT, lost keys, general shitty day) and it flared up my psoriasis but I have a family party on Sat night, loads of people I haven't seen for ages and I want to look nice, which I can't with the colour of my hair at the mo.

I think the christening menu sounds lovely CSWS [Chloe tries to act all posh]

Chloe55 · 22/06/2007 09:44

Whoops, posted this on old thread - PMSL at your round-up Flame!

Flamesparrow · 22/06/2007 10:54

Oodles of fluff has arrived in the post, and the pirate shoes

Will reply properly in a min (got to start a new roundup doc)

Flamesparrow · 22/06/2007 11:40

You look less haggard if you smile Jas

Have added you to the list MrCSWS

OOh - either CSWS - if I were to get a train up for the piss up... where am I getting it to?

Wanting purple hair pics from Chloe

I can't smile when I'm in the same room as a camera though. I'm going to delete them until I find some of me looking human.

Jas · 22/06/2007 11:47

mrm - it isn't as red as I wanted, either, but does look better in natural light

Jas · 22/06/2007 12:02

I bought a nice new saddle for my bike today

MrCSWS · 22/06/2007 12:53

Flame

I don't know why i am answering as i won't be there .

You have a choice (i expect CSWS would pick you up from any):

Harpenden
Luton Airport Parkway
Stevenage
Welwyn Garden City

the first two are on
Approx prices (based on 4/08 from london at 10.00am)
-> Stevenage £10 single
-> Luton Airport £11 single

Journey times approx 1/2 hour

MrCSWS · 22/06/2007 12:54

it missed a bit

first two are on one line (harpenden first), second two on the only (welwyn first)

Flamesparrow · 22/06/2007 12:55

Thanks! I will go hunting through various offers etc... got a rail card of some sort

OP posts:
Jas · 22/06/2007 15:58

Hopefully looking slightly less haggard and old

Flamesparrow · 22/06/2007 16:10

Much better

That's a very similar colour to how mine was - I found it faded really quickly though, I guess red does though. Looks nice.

mustrunmore · 22/06/2007 19:34

Yep, very nice hair Still envisaged something a teeny bit more vampiric though. You could dye mine purple at csws's house Oh, and tell me a def meet time for Sunday please, and remind me to dig out the stupid ball pit thing, else I'll forget to bring it for you!!

Ooo, csws, you are going to pick me up from Welwyn North , arent you? or shall I get a connection to WGC? Will be easier than last time, without kids. I really must check the frequency of trains on a sunday

Took the boys for foot measuring today. 2 weeks ago theywere fine, today they're both a whole size bigger. But..... got 3 pairs(ds2 needed 2 ,as he had no spares, but I had some cheapy baseball boots for ds1 already ,from those Adams vouchers I had).... all 3 pairs just happenned to be in the sale £36 for the lot, which isnt bad by Clarks standard pricing

Jas · 22/06/2007 19:34

I've always found red fades really quickly, but then you don't get a really bad line as it grows out.
I used to get it brighter with henna, but it can't go on previously dyes hair, and I'm too impatient to wait for it to grow out.

New saddle is on the bike Won't get to try it til tomorrow now though.

Jas · 22/06/2007 19:35

11am.

Don't forget the ball pit

mustrunmore · 22/06/2007 19:36

Thanks That means I have to go and find it right now...

Jas · 22/06/2007 19:48

I may remember to mention it again tomorrow.

Is 11 ok for you? I'm pretty flexible.

Jas · 22/06/2007 19:50

This is where we are going isn't it? (The Finchley one.)

CantSleepWontSleep · 22/06/2007 20:21

Welywn North is fine mrm - flame - check if your train goes there too. Or Knebworth.

Would the possibility of MrCSWS and I joining you two at Clown Town be cause for celebration? Not definite at the mo, but a distinct possibility.

Flamesparrow · 22/06/2007 20:33

(Am I aiming for Friday evening arrival or Saturday?)
