EaH, leave something there with her, something of yours, that she recognises as yours and ask her to look after it, tell her of course you'll always come back because shes a grown up looking after mummmys .

Ds4 takes a hanky(Dh's) and a little burpy blanket thing of Ds4s and thats works for him.

Hoe much do all the babes sleep in the day??? Chloe seems to sleep loads but cant keep her awake! Is that why she isnt sleeping completely at night but waking up for bit feeds?

LadyTophamHatt · 01/05/2007 17:03

not very consistent with the george/ds4 thing am I.....can't make my mind up which to use.

Lizzzombie · 01/05/2007 17:07

LTH - do you have this? poo

Nemo - DJ sleeps for about 45 - 60 mins 4 times a day. Although at the moment he is having, an indepth conversation with his cuddly toys. But 5 mins ago he was sparko.

UD - I thought that political activism would entail some sort of extremism. Maybe I could be a BF extremist and fill the waterpistol 2Happy recommended with my excess breastmilk! nice!

hattie2 · 01/05/2007 17:09

DS sleeps about 3 hours a day I guess, about an hour at a time.

Having said that, today it was an hour this morning then 2 hours between 12.20 and 2.30 and he's showing no signs of wanting another nap yet and he won't be getting one before bedtime at 7pm now.

LadyTophamHatt · 01/05/2007 17:10

"In sexual context scatology refers to sexual acts conducted with human (or other) excrement."

Oh my fucking good god.....do people really do that....???

christ almighty I'm such a prude!

theUrbanDryad · 01/05/2007 17:12

pmsl Lizzz! you should so do that

well i have spoken to the special events staff at Charing Cross police station and the nice police man ( 2Happy!) has sent me an application to download. the thing is, he asked how many people i was expecting and i said "ooh, i dunno...a dozen??" so if - as i secretly hope - loads and loads of people turn up, i'll be i also didn't mention the Press involvement...oh well, i don't really expect the Sun to turn up...do i??

not sure how much Z sleeps for either, he tends to sleep in his pushchair or his bed at my mum's house, i reckon he sleeps for about 3 hours in the day, an hour in the ealry morning (8-9ish) another hour 10-11 then an hour in the afternoon sometime.

theUrbanDryad · 01/05/2007 17:13

actually, the (sexual) love of poo would be scatophilia or coprohilia.

theUrbanDryad · 01/05/2007 17:14

twould help if i could spell it.

coprophilia, even...

theUrbanDryad · 01/05/2007 17:15

oh, and when i used to work behind a bar (in the dim and distant past)i was told that it is a very common male fantasy to lie under a glass coffee table while a lady pooed on to the top of it. i'm fairly sure dh doesn't fancy that...

theUrbanDryad · 01/05/2007 17:15

i'll shut up now, shall i...

hattie2 · 01/05/2007 17:18

OMG UD, that is gross. Why on earth would anyone fantasise about that - actually, I don't want to know I just want to stop thinking about it right now!

Lizzzombie · 01/05/2007 17:20

That is totally foul! OMG, I dont want to ever imagine that!
UD - I so read as

There are some strange people out there. But I reckon people who are really into doing things with poo obviously are people who do not reguarly change dirty nappies.
All I can say is my addiction to crunchy peanut butter is cured thanks to my sons' nappies!

hattie2 · 01/05/2007 17:21

UD - great job you're doing with the bf demo. Afraid i won't make it as it's dh's 40th that weekend and (for some unkown reason) he doesn't want to spend it watching lots of women bf'ing

Lizzzombie · 01/05/2007 17:23

Am laughing to myself on my own like a loonie...imagine if a new thread was started as part of the "THREAD CHALLENGE TO GET ONTO THE HOME PAGE"
101 things to do with your LO's poo!

hahaha!

  1. Lob it out the window at the idiots who rev up their engines outside at 3am
  2. Sell it on a foreign ebay to people as a facepack?
  3. ..any takers???!
Lizzzombie · 01/05/2007 17:26
