sounds very weird Flame, if I were in your shoes I think I would go to Wales, what if your dh is given very bad news (I hope he isn't but..) if it was my dh I know he would want me with him. What does your dh think? If you are getting bad/worrying vibes then I think you would be best off going.

I have lost count of how many teeth ds has.

Flamesparrow · 03/04/2007 12:22

Not been able to talk to DH about it yet. I think I will just tell him that we are all going

Flamesparrow · 03/04/2007 12:28

Little man is miserable - no more poo but just cuddling me twiddling my nipples

ChocolateSucksWithoutSugar · 03/04/2007 12:44

But you really need your quiet time at the moment .

Looooots of poo here, so I guess she's not as better as I thought.

OP posts:
KelBelle · 03/04/2007 14:40

No poo here just snot!! Me and Ds feeling under the weather. He has been napping since 12.30pm.

Flame - I think I would go to Wales too - just incase, something feels strange about the whole situatioon.

2boysmacca · 03/04/2007 14:43

No pooo here but lots of screaming and tantrums! Took them on the miniature railway this morning on an Easter Egg hunt. It was soooo stressful.

Not sure I will make tomorrow as ds2 is very grumpy with his teeth and ds is just being rather a pain - probably needs lots of open space to run off his energy rather than a shopping precinct. By the sounds of it csws you probably won't make it with all those dirty nappies! I will make an executive decision in the morning

My head is pounding, I think I need a holiday

Flamesparrow · 03/04/2007 14:49

Spoken to DH. The probable plan is for him to go Weds, I am going to London then... I will then drive to meet him on Thurs evening/fri morning.

Only problem is (apart from 2 lots of petrol) - he was planning on begging his parents to babysit whilst he goes to a WoW meetup on Friday night - which I'm not invited to So I either have to sit there with them all evening (not fun alone) or find some kind welsh MNer who wants me & 2 kids for an evening!!

2boysmacca · 03/04/2007 14:54

Oh dear!

If it helps, i'll be thinking of you whilst I am sat in with my inlaws too!

ChocolateSucksWithoutSugar · 03/04/2007 15:47

It sounds like perhaps we should postpone tomorrow until we're all a bit better. Dd certainly isn't on good form this afternoon. Kel - do you have a day free next week instead?

OP posts:
Chloe55 · 03/04/2007 20:22

I have just spent the last 1.5hrs looking through our past ante/post-natal threads. It's like my own little pg journal, I love it! I forget just how shitty pg and the first few weeks were

2boysmacca · 03/04/2007 20:25

first few weeks? I hated every single minute, apart from labouring, that I love!

Chloe55 · 03/04/2007 20:37

Sorry, I meant pg (the whole kit and caboodle) and the first few weeks of being a mum!

PhoenixGirl · 03/04/2007 20:39

I often do that chloe

I miss been pregnant, but then i had no sickness, heartburn, sore boobs or anything

Frizbe · 03/04/2007 22:40

Flame if its this weekend, come and spend friday night with me in Wales on a campsite!! we're down Bridgend way fyi. Sorry to hear ds is poorly

CSWS I can neither confirm or deny, not for another month anyway under strict orders not to mention a word to anyone!!! can ya tell its killing me, but you lot are ok right!

Chloe, had an egg this afternoon ate as perscribed!!

Jelley, I think there were nearly that many posts when I found the thread too, from when I'd posted the day before.

So have done gym tonight, had a review, they've upped my weights to 3 x 15 per machine thing.....this is in an effort to help me shed my love handles, courtesy of dd2! my cardio is good apparently, so more weights it is, about killed me tonight, and has certainly upped my time there
looks like tooth 5 is on its way, can't believe how many teeth your ds has Phoenix!

Flamesparrow · 03/04/2007 22:42

Aww, that would've been good - but tis the next weekend

Frizbe · 03/04/2007 22:51

Doh! booooooooo n all that. Seriously hope it goes ok though, sure is sounding a bit odd?

Jelley · 04/04/2007 06:42

Your secret is safe with us, Frizbe. I do hope you have good news for us in another month

You've made me think about being pregnant, and i can honestly say I don't miss it. I did enjoy the first two, and I even like the first few weeks of tiny baby, but I'm totally happy to stop at three.

Flamesparrow · 04/04/2007 08:09

I forgot to do a for your cousin too.

I saw a 5lb baby last week... adding in teeny tiny nappies round the house = a touch broody. But only in the wanting to cuddle one lots sense, not the having 3 children sense.

Still got poo pouring out of nappies and a high temp

Frizbe · 04/04/2007 08:17

booo for poo Flame, we had more poo than usual last week, still not sure if teeth or bug tho?

ss is trying to make a den at the mo and dd2 just keeps ruining it for him he's trying to use one of her toys to hold the blanket on a small table, slight design fault me thinks! might give them some dryers to help out! dd1 has been told to stop helping as she's 'messing it up'

Hi Jelley

so what's everyone doing today then?
CSWS is meeting Kel, and possibly Macca?
I'm sewing pouches, taking dd1 swimming and to the library! oh and my mum is coming over

Flamesparrow · 04/04/2007 08:21

Sewing pouches?

DS keeps getting told off for messing up tents... told her if she doesn't want him playing then she'll have to make them in her room - is that harsh?

I have to go to the shops today, poorly boy or not.

Jelley · 04/04/2007 08:26

poo boy

DDs have swimming this morning. It's a heavily supervised kids session, so I can just drop off and pick up an hour and a half later

The rest of the day will be cleaning I think as we've been out alot, and I need to catch up. DP was home yestrerday (3 hopurs to go one junction on the m25, turn round and come home again). He dusted

ChocolateSucksWithoutSugar · 04/04/2007 08:27

We won't be going anywhere today - dd just chucked up big style (all over me - yuk!).

OP posts:
2boysmacca · 04/04/2007 08:27

DS2 in bed having got up at 4.30! Dh was catching an early flight so I think he was disturbed. We are off into town to bank and then I think we'll go for a run around in the park. Ds has promised he will behave himself today and if he does, can he go out for a coffee

We decided against Bluewater, not sure I can cope with the stresses of ds being couped up. Other 2 aren't meeting because of poorly babies.

Forgot to mention Friz, your business looks great. I desperately need to do something to occupy myself once ds2 is at nursery. Anybody see the article in Times2 about women giving up work? Rather scathing!

Tomorrow dh has an interview, I will hopefully hit the gym pm (if I can remember to book boys into the creche) then in the evening I'm out with friends. Friday we're heading to London for Easter with the in laws.

I take it you have a personal trainer Friz

Frizbe · 04/04/2007 08:29

have to feel sorry for your dh sat in traffic all that time though, espeically when it stops you earning money, tis not good

Pouches for putting things in Flame, drawstring ones! I cleared the local crafty shop out of that ropey looking stuff the other day, made them happy!

dd2 just said HUG!! so we all did

2boysmacca · 04/04/2007 08:29

No tummy upset here but ds2 had 5 poops yesterday!! I still haven't got rid of his conjunctivitis either
