Oh, dear....

DP is back, so I'm off to pretend I wasn't going to spend all night on mumsnet

Jelley · 20/04/2007 20:51

x posts, but oh dear applies for you too csws. Hope she settles...

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:09

3 year old boys are really easy. Anything, loud, noisey, or cars, trains, books, paint, dressing up. Ds2 got a few cd story books (but the male voice he hates, it scares the pants off him!), If you can get hold of a bilabo they are great fun too.

We went on an easter egg hunt and both boys got an egg at the end. Obviously ds2 wasn't allowed it, so it's ours but in laws bought us a lindt egg

Jelley do you really just eat that crap as dinner, or is it really a late night feast

Picnic was fun. We rolled down hills, and sang lots of songs, just as the mayor was walking through with a load of Germans . neither boys ate much which means that ds2 ate a bowl of porridge for the entire day His appetite hasn't recovered since his illness last week.

Gonna make the gym in the morning, with a bit of luck

Anyone about???

Jelley · 20/04/2007 21:11

I had cauliflower cheese and broccoli for tea.
That was a snack.
I'm having an apple now if it makes you feel better.

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/04/2007 21:13

I'm still here. dd calm and lying on me watching American Idol! What's a bilabo?

PhoenixGirl · 20/04/2007 21:13

Ooooo i'm getting Lewis a bilibo from Bumpto3 they look fab

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:14

PhoenixGirl · 20/04/2007 21:15

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:16

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:16

snap!

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/04/2007 21:17

Ooh we'll have to have one soon before you change your mind!

You know I'm always happy to go to Whipsnade if you fancy it, even if no-one else can make it.

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:18

good fun also if you can get your own arse into the thing and spin. especially when having a dinenr party and drinking a little too much wine, trying out the boys toys

PhoenixGirl · 20/04/2007 21:18

Beat ya lol

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:18

I need somewhere to run if I don't like the look of you

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:19

pg but bet you've not been so lucky as to take a spin in one!

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/04/2007 21:20

Hmm - have seen those on bto3 before, but remain to be convinced .

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/04/2007 21:21

There is absolutely no way my arse would fit in one of those.

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:22

That's cos you've not used one! I'll get dh to take a better photo of one

Flamesparrow · 20/04/2007 21:32

Just give the kid a box of pegs and an empty washing up bowl! Mine is amused for hours with that!!

Also with eating snails... Definately my boy - I did that as a kid too

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/04/2007 21:38

Aaaaarrggghhh - what is wrong with dd?!?! Have put her back to bed as she was fine down here, but she's just screaming and shouting again .

2boysmacca · 20/04/2007 21:45

the real bilibo

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/04/2007 21:48

(peace at last here)

PhoenixGirl · 20/04/2007 21:49

Lol Macca

Jelley · 20/04/2007 21:50

Looks fun

If a kid is happy with a cardboard box, that is what I would give them.

dd2 lines up botles from the recycling and talks to them.

PhoenixGirl · 20/04/2007 21:50

yay csws
