And huge respect to EaH, without whose efforts we never would have had a list

(And yes, I am one of those sad people who finds things like temperature sensors in cars really interesting. Nerd.)

Ooops I forgot about her being tiped out of it, aidan calls lauren baby sister or little piggy when hes got it on him, he did come into the kitchen the other night and said baby sister has gone when I went into lounge he had managed to somehow get her out of her car seat and had dragged her across the laminate floor to his toy box I nearky died.

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:34

annie love the one of the 3 of them on the bed how cute!!!

Hattie been in her swinging chair for the last couple of weeks tend to roll a towel and put it round her head in case she goes a bit lopsided but ours has 3 positions so mainly put her in the recline one

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:35

mmmnn me thinks laughalots ds and ellie would get on very well!

wilkie · 19/03/2007 21:36

Laughalot - [wilkie getting impatient, email still not arrived...] J been in cot since 5.5 weeks and slept like a dream at night ever since (still needs night feeds tho)

Jacob's favourite 'toy' is his Baby Einstein bouncy chair. Sits in it for hours and hours

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:36

still wiating for email was going to go and start getting ready to do dreamfeed but will hang around for another 15mins

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:37

laughalot · 19/03/2007 21:37

wilkie · 19/03/2007 21:38

Mind you I got chatting to a woman at the drs surgery on Monday. Her older daughter had sat on her LO (9 weeks), she'd stopped breathing and they's had to resusitate her!!!!!

He dosent grasp that she cant play football yet or ride his trike or play with his bob the builder toys all I can say is she will be a tough nut when shes older.

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:41

oh no thats my worst fear either that or she'll land on her when shes whizzing around the lounge or in her playroom and hattie on her playmat (i think we are nudging nearly 100 posts tiday alone 2happy where are you with the next thread title?)

annieapple7 · 19/03/2007 21:41

Oooh great, will get DH up the attic this weekend to get out swingy chair. Need another option - Rose loves being held but not so keen on laying on play mat (probably senses the real danger of being crushed by DS1 and DS2!!) and not keen on bouncy chair either.

She is still on moses basket in my room but I am thinking of trying her out in her cot in her own room. She is almost filling the basket now, but I think I will try and hang on until she stops waking in the night...at the moment I can just hoik her into bed with me to feed and then I usually keep her with me until morning. She seems to wake at 5, despite a "dream feed" at 11pm, but then she only takes about 2 oz milk then anyway so not really enough to tank her up.

Oh well she is only 8 weeks on Wednesday to I shouldn;t be complaining!

Anyone else used a sheepskin? I saw one in Mothercare today but balked at the price. Looked lovely though. I managed to spend over £200 anyway, how is that possible??? Well the baby monitor was £79.99...and I did go a it mad on the clothes...girls clothes are so cute!!

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:42

ellie thinks hatties boring and doesnt understand why she doesnt want 6 sparkly necklaces or her tiara on (when hattie does want these things I am sure Ellie will be kicking up a fuss about 'her' things being touched)

wilkie · 19/03/2007 21:43

Just emailed you Laughalot - she is GORGEOUS! Aidan is adorable too

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:45

We have a sheepskin that I use in the 'big' travel system and also in the double pushchair. Ellie loved it and used to snuggle into it Hattie doesnt seem as fussed fab in the summer though as helps keep them call. Didnt pay more than £45 for it from local baby shop.

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:45

havent got mine yet

wilkie · 19/03/2007 21:46

EAH - ha ha maybe she prefers me to you

ellieandhattie · 19/03/2007 21:47

I am sitting in the corner head down into my folded arms, knees up and silently sobbing

wilkie · 19/03/2007 21:48
laughalot · 19/03/2007 21:50
