lol

pmoore · 23/03/2007 10:18

I always use huggies super dry- I've never had a problem. Maybe it is a boy/girl thing. My friend has a boy and says she would never use huggies. And get triple points at Boots for buying Huggies!!

Gingememorechocolateeggs · 23/03/2007 10:18

Maybe Ive just got extra s**y kids

Gingememorechocolateeggs · 23/03/2007 10:19

Oh yes pmoore thats what my sister said. She used them on her boys and they leaked and on her daughter and they were fine. Maybe boys pooh round corners

Pampers were useless for me! Plus I like the characters on Huggies. LOL

I use pampers, huggies always leaked, same as tesco. Still leak now and then but only if it is extremely explosive!!

pmoore · 23/03/2007 10:30

I always buy the next size up as soon as she hits the minimum weight, iyswim. That way they are always nice and big!

pmoore · 23/03/2007 10:32

Thinking of changing my MN name, any suggestions? I'm not inventive at all!

Well thinking permanent but if its a chocolately theme I don't mind because I am a chocoholic and I still have 1.5 stone to lose!!!

Gingememorechocolateeggs · 23/03/2007 10:41

took me ages to think of mine(not).

Swizzler · 23/03/2007 12:13

We use Pampers, and yes the next size up (on 4+ now ). No problems with leaks apart from especially explosive poos. Huggies don't cut it at all

Rumpel · 23/03/2007 12:47

Hi All,

Been very hectic again what with Uni, wee job this week and off to do a reflexology for my physio friend this afternoon (pay her back for all the phsyio she gave me). Getting a bikini wax too as we are going away for 3 nights next weekend and we might try and have 'rumpy pumpy' at last!! {hmm]

Bendy - glad your bro is on the mend - he'll be back to his old self in no time. Happy birthday too! I had a crap 21st, rubbish pyscho boyfriend and a migraine

Feels like a life time ago now!

I think huggies are 'pants' too. Always leaked for us. I use reusables during the day at home. Pampers at night or if we are out and about. LO was at the IL's though and they used Aldi's own make and they are FAB. Much better than any of the others. Tescos were alright but prefer ampers and Aldis.

Gave Amber mashed avocado yesterday - she had one mouthful, went bleurgh and then refused to open her mouth was very funny. I LOVE avocados, ate loads when pg. Gave her yam and mint today and that went down a treat.

Managed to lose a bit more weight and am now UNDER 14stone. YIPPEE!! Just another 2 stone odd to go then {shock] Am going to the gym this weekend.

Happy Birthday bendy Have a good one
I am sooo old (32)+ my dh is 40 next week - eek
Glad your bro is doing so well.

Happy hols pmoore/samsmam. We are going to centreparcs on monday - don't have to get up as early as you tho - thank god.

Sleeping babies - mine not so good anymore! Just placating him with a dummy in wee small hours these days but I feel its getting more frequent and more grumpy - time for solids soon. I am such a lightweight, sleep is for the weak i know.

Ginge - boys do seem to poo round corners. I use pampers at night and nature nappies by day (these defo leak at night). Had a few leakages with both but i think i have an explosive baby.

WELCOME to all the newcomers
