Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Jelley · 19/02/2007 10:08

DS will be in sleepsuits til he is out of nappies!(At night, at least)

It's funny and embarrasing at the same time when you hear your words/tone coming out of the mouth of your small child. The dds are often heard telling their dolls "I will get cross" or "Do you want to go to bed?"

Jelley · 19/02/2007 10:09

See, Macca. We are the normal ones, and you are the wierdy one...fancy dressing your children in the mornings

PhoenixGirl · 19/02/2007 10:19

If i do dress him before we go out its literally a few mins before we go

2boysmacca · 19/02/2007 10:19

I'm going to start a new thread and see if I am really odd!

Flamesparrow · 19/02/2007 10:19

Hmmm... DS has learnt to climb... the fun begins

i never asked... is Luca ok? I tend to forget that other children get injured when they fall (DS bounces, shakes his head, then carries on).

Exciting goings on here... found out how to add drop down boxes so you can select colours etc when ordering

PhoenixGirl · 19/02/2007 10:27

I just had to write the date down for something and realised its the 19th, Anya's birthday is tomorrow 20th

2boysmacca · 19/02/2007 10:28

Yeah he's fine. He's a bit of a daredevil. His favourite thing is to climb onto the sofa then climb onto the side table, or crawl along the back of the sofa. Failing that, he'll attempt to get onto the windowsill He climbs up the stairs at a rate of knots then turns around and comes down on his belly in 2 seconds flat! At least he has learnt to turn around!

He is so unlike ds1 who was/is never a boisterous boy.

2boysmacca · 19/02/2007 10:31

You're all odd!

Flamesparrow · 19/02/2007 10:36
mustrunmore · 19/02/2007 10:41

Hey, flame, ds2 got a pirate birthday card

Flamesparrow · 19/02/2007 10:42

DS isn't having a party but I am seriously considering making some sort of piratey cake

PhoenixGirl · 19/02/2007 10:44

Macca just try not dressing them for one day pj days are ace

2boysmacca · 19/02/2007 10:47

Noooo! I just can't do it, I'm too obsessive! The only time I lolled around all day in my pj's was after having ds2. I still had a face full of makeup

PhoenixGirl · 19/02/2007 10:50

My god woman, what's make up

mustrunmore · 19/02/2007 10:50

Do it! Buy/make a sponge, ice it blue and green for water and land, then go to a £1 shop and buy a bag of plastic pirates. Then everyone can have a pirate on their slice, to keep

Jelley · 19/02/2007 10:51

Go on Macca, live dangerously!

I'm making the train cake I suggested to mrm I think, plus I've invited friends with babies round to play - definitely not a party though!

I'm going away next weekend so I'm not sure when this cake will get made

2boysmacca · 19/02/2007 10:53

You gonna do anything special on Wednesday, like get dressed mrm?

I think I'll take the boys to Prezzo for lunch. Dh won't take the day off as he thinks it's a waste but he's going out in the evening to watch the football and have a few pints

CanSleepWontStarve · 19/02/2007 10:54

Haven't had time to read your other thread macca, but Pippa was only not dressed when flame arrived because that was the day that she had her temp of 40. Normally she is dressed, yes.

Gotta go pack now.

mustrunmore · 19/02/2007 11:11

Jas, we had all the stuff in the trolley to make that cake, then my friend phoned to say she'd def make his cake for him!!

Just got the dream ticket back in the post, thanks. Dont freak me out by signing your RL name!!

Cheeky Macca. I always get dressed before we come down, otherwise I cant get back up again easily; dont leave the 2 of them alone together long enough for me to get dressed! Its only the boys that dont get dressed
And will be dressed on Wed; nursery, plus have a friend coming over.

Flamesparrow · 19/02/2007 11:18

It was fun implying that she is never dressed though

PhoenixGirl · 19/02/2007 11:42

Flame - quick question. Do i omly prewash the nappies or everything? and i've read on here about using white vinegar in the fabric conditioner drawer in the washer, i looked in coop last week and all they had was clear malt vinegar is that the right stuff?

Flamesparrow · 19/02/2007 11:48

Prewash everything once (the colour can come out of the red wrap first time), and the nappies will then need an extra 2 washes.

Clear malt vinegar is fine

Site is looking sooo much neater with the new boxes

DS has gone from sod all interest in stairs, to appearing behind me in the bathroom as I was cleaning my teeth

Gotta get the bottom gate up tonight...

ellenrose · 19/02/2007 12:27
