Dosy new thing ds2 does is gets really excited getting undressed because he knows it's bathtub. Cute!

fanby good luck packing the car. I'm getting better at not taking everything, so hoping to be able to fit DH and the presents this time round!

On second feed of the night - timely use of the dummy managed to get us another hour's sleep, which is nice. Still knackered though, so think we should get a bit more sleep now.

So much wind overnight. Poor frolicdog decided in the wee hours that she was too scared to sleep in the attic room with dh and had to come and get under the duvet next to me. This meant we had to transfer Ds into his crib, but he didn't seem to mind.

3 gentle snores sounds lovely slow. There is nothing gentle about dh, Ds or the dog's snoring in this house!

We're only going for the day to my sisters tomorrow fanby and I have no idea how we'll fit all the presents in! I may have over shopped again, whoops.

mzzzf my DP woke DS coming to bed late, too. Was raging.
We've had a bit of a crap night here. DS couldn't nap yesterday and was HORRIBLY overtired come bedtime. I got him to sleep at 9 but he woke at 11, 2, 4, and 7. He's currently dozing on my lap as he can't seem to get deeply asleep. He's snuffly, too, which isn't helping.
Very cute about the bath, peachy! DS LOVES being naked, but I think his favourite bit of the bath is having a nice relaxing wee in it at the end. His cutest thing is that he gets SUPER EXCITED when he wakes up and it's morning. Huge grins just splitting his face, lots of laughing and talking, just absolute joy that we're all awake and it's a new day.

Ds2 has decided today is the day he will attempt a commando crawl....and very nearly do it.

Yay!! Go fatty DS 😁

Siani I feel the crap nights. Once DH woke her it took me 1.5hrs to get her back down. Only to be woken 3 and a bit hours later then every 30mins from there until 7am. All whilst DH snored through. He better not eat the good ones from the Roses today!!!

I don't even any of you travelling today. Although it's a good opportunity for a car nap, obvs if you're not behind the wheel! 😁

Dp went out last night and my mum was desperate to babysit so who am I to deprive her lol so off she trundled so I could finally get the housework done! I feel so much better now the house is tidy. It's stresses me out not having the time to tidy. My bedrooms always the worst because I concentrate on other areas first and never have time for the bedroom.
Got a load of washing done and had to stay up late waiting for a nappy wash to be done butat least it's all done in time for Xmas now. Dp was well drunk when he came home. I'm not so keen on drunk people though tbh! I find it funny for all of 5 mins then I've had enough. Luckily he went to bed after making a pizza and left me in peace to watch the affair. Ooh greys anatomy is back on sky demand so I get to watch that now too. Then I think I'll have to try this pretty little liars thing.

Mzzf there must have been something in the air last night. DH came to bed late and woke me up to the point or my being fully awake. This was at half midnight. Finally got back to sleep only to be woken at three.by the cat scratching at the door. Then DS woke at 5 and then 7 and had to tag in DH who was really good and took him to town to get the last fe lw bits whilst I slept. Merry Xmas eve All!

Father Christmas has brought us early Christmas presents! A scratchy throat for me, gungy eyes for ds2 and a runny bum for ds1. Dh seems to have missed out. It's going to be a Merry Christmas at the peachy's.

DD been up hourly again . Just got snuggled into a lovely sleep at 4am when DHs car alarm went off - aaaaarrrrrrgggggg - he was sleeping in spare room at other side of house so didn't hear it - guess who was out in howling wind and pouring rain switching it off??? By the time I got back up to bed DD lying there babbling away - I am destined not to sleep.......

Off to the carol service now. DH has finished work for the holidays. The sun is shining. I can almost forget that I have only had 4 hours sleep (and they were not all together - )

Argh - turns out I dropped my wallet at the services yesterday! Just cancelled my cards and I have £20 off DH to last me for now. Arse. Oh well, all I was going to do today was wrap the last of my presents and pick up something else for DH. It wasn't vital, but still annoying nonetheless.

It's another disaster day chez frolic. I'm dripping with snot AGAIN 😷, Ds is a right grumpy bum, he won't feed properly, the cheesecake I made for tomorrow is runny and my dads present didn't arrive!

Ds is not impressed at all today loves. A shitty combination of post jabs, antibiotics in my milk and probably another cold brewing means that he's giving it some serious sad face today.

That's so annoying tindel. There is never a right time for these things, but Christmas is definitely not a good time.

Looks like he is a creature of habit! just tried to quickly shave my legs in order to wear Xmas dress and gave cut then to ribbons - I'll be rocking the plaster look tomorrow then! I left my phone in my friends car last night so I'm feeling like a part of me is missing. My iPad charger is crap and its battery was flat so took about 45 mins to charge up enough to turn on so had no time to mumsnet. I'm way too addicted to my phone but of all days to leave it behind lol. How am I gonna wish people happy Christmas etc.

I'm so excited to be up and open all pipers presents. I've not got her anything but other people have heehee. And I've got some big boxes to open from dp which I have no idea what they are.
