Oh cym! Poor little mite Sad Where did that come from??

RPopz · 10/07/2015 09:23

Hope it goes well Scoob and you get what you want! x

Cymraes17 · 10/07/2015 09:25

DD2 came down with it the day after B came home from hospital. Apparently its rare for a baby so young to have it. At least she hadnt the coordination to scratch!

WilHarlot · 10/07/2015 10:28

Oh Cym I was just thinking about this yesterday and meant to ask if she escaped it. I hope she's ok, that's horrible for you. Thanks

cookielove · 10/07/2015 16:50

Oh no cym what a worry! Fx she gets better soon!

Yay zing we clearly both have good taste Grin

We use nurofen for teething nights as it lasts 8 hours! Although now he takes them quite well now when he was fussy with it, it was easier to give him nurofen as it is on 2.5ml Grin

I second the metanium its great stuff Wink

Nessalina · 10/07/2015 22:15

Hey you lot, just checking in Smile

Name: Ness
Age: 33
DCs: J - 8 months today!

I've got the lurgy today, feel like shite, but soldiering on! Soon glad he's in bed now.

Cym that's rotten, hope she gets better ASAP!

ZingDramaQueenOfSheeba · 11/07/2015 05:23

cym
hope little one is over the worstThanks

nessa hey you! 8 m already?! wow!

Elijah took 2 steps in one go yesterday. I was so excited I was punching the air, shouting "yes" and kissing him all over. It doesn't matter he is our 7th, I get just as happy for me as I did with DS1Smile

he was very pleased with himself but looked at me as if to say "calm down woman, there's more where that came from"Grin

ZingDramaQueenOfSheeba · 11/07/2015 05:24

*for him! (not for me. that'd be odd!)

RPopz · 11/07/2015 09:03

How's she doing cym? xx

Aw Zing how exciting!!

Got shitloads to do today and I cannot be arsed... But I get similarly grumpy when we have no plans! Confused

ZylaB · 11/07/2015 09:40

cym hope she's getting better x

Pisghetti · 11/07/2015 10:05

Hi Zing! I'd just graduated before you had your little one. BabyPis is now nearly four months old (not sure how that happened Shock )

Oh Cym the poor little thing Sad hope she is getting better.

BabyPis had an unusually unsettled night. I feel like a zombie. Put the coffee machine on this morning and checked in on her then went to collect my coffee - hadn't used a cup. No coffee to drink but coffee EVERYWHERE that I had to clean up before starting again. Best get showered and dressed. MrP is out on a bike ride but when he gets back we're heading to the food festival that's in town this weekend Grin

Nessalina · 11/07/2015 13:45

D'oh! Can you still blame baby brain Pis??

Hey Zing!! Smile Glad the little man is coming on fabulously!! I know, 8 months Shock where does the time go?

Nessalina · 11/07/2015 13:54

DH has just come home with peanut butter cornettos!! EnvyEnvyEnvy

Cymraes17 · 11/07/2015 14:43

She is fine in herself, but will need to be in untill tuesday at least,so she can have the anti virals through iv. Im going to be very bored by then.
Hope you had your coffee pis!

teejayem · 11/07/2015 14:59

Hi zing!

pis snap with the non sleep and coffee calamity. I came down this morning while Mr tee entertained the unsleeping infant and made the tea and did his coffee with his poncey machine. Did the froffy milk and then saw something odd floating in cup. Transpired to be a teabag. So I'd made myself a cup of hot milky water and he had what I like to call a Tee-fee. Confused
Hoped he'd be a bit more open to naps today after sleeping for about five minutes, but no. He naps only on boob and then screams when he isn't on it. Mr tee is away for four nights from tomorrow and I am dreading it.....

ZingDramaQueenOfSheeba · 11/07/2015 15:21

cym glad to hear she is better.
if you can have access to Netflix I recommend Person Of Interest. you will not be boredWink

WilHarlot · 11/07/2015 19:28

Yeah maybe see it as a break from your hectic schedule Cym? Glad she's doing well.

Good luck Tee. Can't call in family reinforcement whilst he's away?

Well MIL finally believes that babywil won't take a bottle after trying to ram one in her mouth. Obviously thought I'd just made it up before. (As I have also made up their dairy allergies Hmm ).

ZylaB · 11/07/2015 20:35

Lol wil

Mum mum said the other day that H was just 'exercising her lungs' when she was wailing dos she had a wet nappy Hmm, I asked if that's the excuse she used to make when we cried and she didn't want to do anything about it! (I think I was neglected! She also admitted she used to put me in the aspen and my older bro in front of the TV and have a nap!!! When I reminded her of this she said she didn't sleep she "rested", I don't believe her! Does anyone want to mother me??)

RPopz · 11/07/2015 20:35

Will he not let you have one Ness?

You'll be fine Tee ... I generally find life easier without Mr P around... Hmm

Glad she's ok cym. What a worry for you.

We did all our visiting today and actually enjoyed it in the end. Minipopz has been good as gold. Feeling all bursty love for him Smile

ZylaB · 11/07/2015 20:36

Aspen = play plan

ZylaB · 11/07/2015 20:36

Aww popz glad it went well :)

RPopz · 11/07/2015 20:37

Haha, Wil, no one believes me that mini won't take a bottle either. I'm just "hogging him" apparently...

ZylaB · 11/07/2015 22:29

I sometimes got told I'm hogging H for cuddles when I know she wants another feed. Yes, she had one an hour ago, but she's crying in the way I know and she snacks little and often! Why don't they believe us?

WilHarlot · 11/07/2015 22:35

Because it wasn't like that in their day they're so old they've forgotten.

RPopz · 11/07/2015 22:52

Now then ZYLA what's all this I hear?
