Yeah me too tbf Dulce!

We first went out for a coffee when miniP was 9 days old. I remember because a lady in the lift in the shopping centre asked me how old he was! Smile

Poor miniDulce. Are you finding bf really painful as a result?

Haha Scoob!! Shock

FurryScoob · 22/07/2015 22:04

Oooo missed your post dulcet miniscoob had a tongue tie, feeding gets a lot easier once it's sorted.

RPopz · 22/07/2015 22:07

La's been quiet for a while on the grads! Don't want to pester but really hope she's doing a baby... she sounded pretty fed up earlier.

Just went back to read the Fred when miniP was born and you were all like "where's Popz!? Shock" Grin

Minion · 22/07/2015 22:26

Well the ' should we feed her at ten or wait till she wakes up ' conversation didn't bed to be discussed tonight, she woke at ten, drank a while bottle in record time and it like a light..

This usually means she'll be up in 4 hrs however...
See you's at 2!

DulcetMoans · 22/07/2015 22:35

Don't think she is doing a baby, just having a little break for the evening.

Yeah, tongue tie. Mild apparently. Two people mentioned in the hospital but only really in passing, then I asked midwife today and she confirmed. I think he feeds ok, he put weight on today, but it hurts and nipples are bruised. Fixing it should help.

Hopefully it's a long four hours min!

WilHarlot · 22/07/2015 23:10

My nipples hurt at the moment too.

Good luck for tonight Min. Not going well here already.

Ha noone missed me in labour. Think I popped in and announced I'd had a baby quite randomly.

teejayem · 23/07/2015 00:12

Let's have an early night, she said. Let's go to bed at 10, she said, a quick feed will settle him right down she said...

WRONG!

If I yawn much more, my jaw is going to dislocate.

Minion · 23/07/2015 03:42

Arggghhhhhhhhh
That is all

ZylaB · 23/07/2015 07:49

Why are we back to bring up 4 times a night? I was hoping it was a phase but it keeps happening! No mrZ tonight either (which I'm not happy about as he was on holiday mon, conference tues so hasn't done a proper full week so should be ok to sodding well drive!). seems I have anger issues! Running later so hope that sorts it out hehe

WilHarlot · 23/07/2015 07:57

Right we need to start checking the moon phase - must be some reason why they all mess about on the same nights. Diabolical here. I've had 45 minutes sleep since 2.30.

WilHarlot · 23/07/2015 08:23

Also just found the thread I gave birth on. One minute I was like 'I have stabby cervix' and the next 'I have a baby'. Clearly couldn't keep up with the thread as I don't answer anyone's questions or give my birth story or anything. Feels like ages ago. What happened to Essie? Also miss Lauren, hope she's ok.

JuniDD · 23/07/2015 08:36

Ridiculous night here too. Refused to go down til 11 when I had to leave her to scream, I was getting annoyed. Two mins and out. I will see if there's a moon app!

At least we're united in misery.... He finally fell asleep on me at 1am, back up at 3.30 for an hour and a half, then Mr tee's alarm went off at 5, dozed with him on boob till 7. Now we're up, but he's fallen asleep feeding. WHY could he not do this six hours ago...? I feel fooked.

Brew for all of us non sleeping victims I think.

FurryScoob · 23/07/2015 09:33

ShockShockShockthey really are all linked! Miniscoob was up at 4 till 5.30 as in wide awake party time Sad im telling you somewhere there's a jsing baby thread where they all plot our shit nights!

RPopz · 23/07/2015 10:14

Yep - up every 2 hours here.... YAWN.

DulcetMoans · 23/07/2015 10:57

I slept sat up on sofa in the pitch black holding a baby to one boob and then the other.

Can't get tongue tie looked at until Tuesday. My nips can't cope! Shock

WilHarlot · 23/07/2015 11:18

Have you tried nipple shields Dulcet? I never got on with them but my friend raved about them. That must be hard, Thanks and Brew for you.

She's just fallen asleep on the floor in front of the telly Hmm . I'm trying to tidy but am like a zombie.

RPopz · 23/07/2015 11:40

I remember those nights Dulcet .... Sympathy Brew Brew for all!

Lauren pops in on fb sometimes doesn't she. Anyone know what happened to Boo? And Mich - remember her from JSers??

I just bought another sling. Oops.

JuniDD · 23/07/2015 12:07

Aw dulcet, can u see a lactation consultant before then? Shields may help and do lansinoh before and after feeds. Airing them helps too.

What did you get pops? I now want a babyhawk. Blush

Minion · 23/07/2015 12:08

I often wonder what happened to mich and red.
If either of you are reading this, hi girls!

Well R has sworn off food today, even yogurts which normally shed climb over her grandmas body to get at. Sigh.

RPopz · 23/07/2015 13:30

Juni just a preloved solarweave connecta. Nothing terribly exciting. Hoping it'll keep us a bit cooler for the rest of summer!

Red has got a blog somewhere hasn't she?

DulcetMoans · 23/07/2015 14:55

Ah that's a good idea wil, I do have guards and haven't tried them.

We have some breast feeding groups locally juni, I will try go along but does mean leaving the house!

How many slings do you have popz? I love the look of a good sling but haven't done the buying yet. Not sure can use them got a while because of the scar, but maybe.

Red does have a blog, I will try dig out the link when I'm on the laptop.

Should I be doing anything with a new born other than feeding, holding and putting him down to sleep? Feel like I might be boring him!

WilHarlot · 23/07/2015 15:53

Grin I might change his nappy once in a while Dulcet Wink . You can't bore him, they're not very exciting I'm afraid. But they make up for it in cuteness.

Mich decided to stop TTC for work reasons didn't she? Lauren popped up a month or so ago on fb but used to write a lot on here. Boo talks on fb.

FurryScoob · 23/07/2015 16:05

Mr Furry usually has Wednesday off, this week he's had Thursday off. Miniscoob saved all her poo since Tuesday & has just done the biggest poonami ever on Mr furry & then pissed all over him half way through him cleaning her up. She may have kept me awake half the night but I bloody love my daughter! Grin

Pisghetti · 23/07/2015 17:00

High fives MiniScoob I thought BabyPis might be saving some for her dad after an early poo strike but she unleashed it all yesterday - 3 costume changes the little diva! She was ok in the night but has been a total nap dodger today resulting in a complete meltdown about half an hour ago. She has finally dropped off but I daren't move (she's lying on the bed snuggled to my boob) might text DS to request a cuppa....
