Hi tori and tee!

I think we're both on the May thread are we tori?
tee how's it going lovely?

Thanks for the suggestions/comments viroids. Will try to get a solution in place ASAP. Meanwhile, I'm willing myself to get better as quickly as humanly possible!

Sorry to hear about the boob troubles pis, sounds nasty. Hopefully it will clear up soon.

zyla and wil way to go with couch to 5k. It's a great programme. I can't wait to get back on the exercising.

Walking group sounds ideal pis

Yay for mrJ juni, long may it continue!

minimooo · 15/06/2015 08:56

12 degrees?! Aww wil! Sad
I don't even want to ask what the winters are like...

WilHarlot · 15/06/2015 16:26

I think maybe we reached the dizzy heights of 14 degrees.

minimooo · 15/06/2015 17:36

Better get the suntan lotion out wil! Grin

Star wars fans....this sounds a little crazy, but I want to get E a little Star Wars related outfit for father's day. I know it's a present for E rather than dh, but dh will absolutely love it. Preferably something Ewok related. I've trawled Amazon, Etsy and notonthehighstreet but can't find very much. Does anyone know of any other websites I could try / or has anyone come across anything that sounds like it might fit the bill?

ZylaB · 15/06/2015 19:21

Thisetsy store has wok and wookie vests

ZylaB · 15/06/2015 19:22

*ewok

WilHarlot · 15/06/2015 19:37

m.ebay.co.uk/itm/251852803566?nav=SEARCH ... It seems to be quite hard to find for little babies. Lots of bodysuits with designs on but no real costumes.

Posted a link on grads thread for a DIY version of an ewok. Might work?

BabyPis is producing spinach poo Hmm

minimooo · 15/06/2015 22:04

Fantastic! Thanks lovelies! X

Minion · 16/06/2015 07:53

Love star wars, husband does not, I was most put out. Brill idea!

Spinach poo? Ours a bit green too (could be the weird mix of avocado /parsnip /strawberry puree she had I suspect).

Well, kid free night was lush except for my bad back which turned out to be ertd in vengeance. But we both feel asleep at 9!
Madam however, decided to impress the gps and sleep from 8-8 with one bottle... Unheard of here.
So we've decided to make her bedtime later, still 6:30 wake ups, better than 4:30 I guess.
I'm hoping she's working out how to nap longer (3 hours at gps), then for the past few mornings she's managed an hour or so.
Off over to her pals to try out a jumperoo later.

Pisghetti · 16/06/2015 08:54

Yeah like chopped spinach. I had a lot of asparagus on Sunday - wonder if it was that?

I know it's not funny to you Min but that did make me smile. These babies do love to show us up don't they? I am fairly confident that DS walked for the first time at his grandparents. They didn't tell us that - just started massively hinting.

BabyPis is having her morning snooze. Normally this is a good time to get things done (shower/tea/breakfast) but her spider senses are waking her up every time I leave the room Hmm going to see if I can sneak out to get the steriliser on. If I'm going to be sat here looking at her, might as well do some expressing.

Pisghetti · 16/06/2015 08:58

Why doesn't the hmm face show up on the app when it gives you the option to put one in? Makes me look like I don't believe in punctuation! On that subject too, the consent forms from DS's school ask if your child has a condition that might effect them. It hurts my eyes every time! He gave me a red pen to fill one in this morning - soooo tempted.....

minimooo · 16/06/2015 09:14

chopped spinach poo? Could be the asparagus. Doesn't asparagus cause green wee too? Or am I making that up? I get pink wee when I eat beetroot Grin

Do it pis! The effect/affect thing really winds me up. And it's a school form - for shame Shock

ZylaB · 16/06/2015 09:23

hehee Grin

Minion · 16/06/2015 10:27

Do it! Do it!
In this day and age, those who don't have spell check on, especially schools, should be made an example of. When I was grounded in the office I was the office proof reader!
So many mistakes.
Talking of which, I'm meeting the head of the dept tomorrow to maybe discuss getting a job in there so I don't have to fly again..
Wish me luck!

It made me chortle too, though I'd be gutted if the first steps were there too.

My daughter is a ganet! She obviously was just waiting for solids, she loves them.
Bangs the table if I take too long and everything! Tried her out with yoghurt last night (testing the milk allergy theory-no reaction), my god, it was akin to the moment man created fire!

And let's not mention the time she tried a 99 flake.. Poor thing was being wheeled around M&S with her mouth wide open, waiting and drooling like the village fool.

People must think I starve her or something!

ZylaB · 16/06/2015 11:41

Well in the last 3 days we've had a laugh, weight being shifted to sit up by herself (for very brief periods of time) and today she rolled front to back 3 times sort wasn't an accident! She gets half way from back to front and gets stuck, but has now started sleeping on her side!
It's all come at once!

Yay H!

Sorry, proud mummy moment over Grin

ZylaB · 16/06/2015 11:42

Sort = so it

JuniDD · 16/06/2015 12:41

Aw yay H! It is such a proud mummy moment isn't it? I love the sitting.

pis I recently had a full on zit on the edge of my nipple . Poor kid just fed on through through the life cycle...grim. And it was bloody sore.

Missed singing today due to family lurgy and I am now craving some chat...might go to the local shops for local people. Grin

minimooo · 16/06/2015 13:11

Yay, go H! Brilliant Smile

Oooo, good luck for tomorrow min. What type of job are you going for?

Pisghetti · 16/06/2015 13:18

Good luck Min! What did she think of the Jumperoo? I got a bargain one but it is in the loft until she's older. I need to have a think about how to manage my return to work as I'm not going to be able to travel anymore and I was spending at least a day a week in London. I'm taking BabyPis in to the office soon. I really don't want to but DP won't stop going on about it!

Well the asparagus is out of my system judging by my wee so will have to see if her nappies go back to normal. Fun times at Chez Pis Party Central!

Pisghetti · 16/06/2015 13:19

Oh forgot to say well done H! Clever girl Grin

ZylaB · 16/06/2015 15:07

Good luck for tomorrow min

Just lol pis

Minion · 16/06/2015 15:56

mini hopefully one in the sales dept of the airline. They want 2 graduates (sadly not JSing ones) but he's been persuaded that as I already know how to do it, it would be beneficial to hire me and 1 grad.
Ooh she loved that jumperoo.
And was all over the walker!
Now time to work on the husbands pocket!
