That does look good! Thanks cupcakes Smile I hope the weather is nice!
DD has got a very cute dress, I never put her in dresses, I also bought a back-up dress as I don't expect it to stay clean for more than an hour!

Sausage and cider place was fun but only one stall selling about twenty types of sausage and a massive bar selling over 40 types of cider. It was gorgeous weather though for chasing a ball pinching baby

Going to a christening in manchester sunday I hope he behaves :-D his outfits sorted, mine not so much.

We use aldi nappies too. I find pampers a bit stinky after just one wee and all night ones smell like he's not been changed for weeks. Will still buy them if I have vouchers though ;)

Oops, lost this thread for a while. And it's nearly full now!

Dd was sleeping in the car the other day and dp volunteered to stay with her...15 mins later I looked out of the window and he was napping too Grin

I'm going to a wedding in Norfolk this summer. Dp and I were thinking of combining it with a boat trip on the Norfolk broads before we realised that a boat trip with our dd who loves water and has no sense of danger wouldn't be a relaxing experience Grin

bug that's my DH's neck of the woods!

I am looking at bedding. Can they have pillows yet? DS keeps using his soft toys as a
Pillow.

Also, I want some playmobil.

oohquack wowsers! Have always found pregnancy to be a totak body experience, can't imagine not realising!

Shes big anyway id of said she was size 20 but im 16/18 and it was obvious I was pregnant. I keep wondering and remembering about all the shitty symptoms we all had and ive come to the conclusion that if you dont realise your up duffed you dont get acid burn, bone aches etc unless she put it all down to being big already? She didnt look like she'd put on any more weight though and always had her hair and face done up so clearly wasnt suffering like us im so excited for them its made the shitty month of may a little bit brighter

JuniperTisane · 31/05/2014 21:07

Wow Quack thats amazing! I'm certain I could not have fooled myself about being pregnant at all. The near-constant nausea and vomiting for months would have given the game away.

Is it a bit sad that I'm ridiculously excited, even more than the boys, about going to ITNG Live tomorrow Blush?

This time next week, Meringue... /

OhhQuack thats amazing, must have been a huge shock Shock

We had a lovely weekend in bath, the venue was beautiful and they got married outside as it was a nice day, DD was good as gold, she had a couple of power naps then stayed up dancing until 11pm the little party animal Grin she looked adorable in her dress

Report
OohQuack · 02/06/2014 20:14

Dexter spent the whole party running around with my aunt chasing after him out every open door, so I had a great time watching her deal with the bolter! He stopped for one jig on the dance floor then carried on running out doors access fields :-D

He bashed his head quite badly on the corner of a table though, the poor soul. I can't upload a picture yet because I've got a new phone and not entirely sure how it works yet.

New phone was purchased with the £450 loyalty bonus I got for going back to work and staying, after having a baby ?? so the rest is going on a rear facing chair cos they are extortionate

Apparently people who are under a lot of stress can miss a pregnancy as the symptoms of stress are very similar to the symptoms of pregnancy (weight gain, nausea, periods stopping etc). I work with military and sometimes women deployed on operations miss pregnancies because of this. Fortunately the routine medicals pick them up! Can understand how it could have happened to your friend quack

I had the lurgy at the weekend. Now DH has it. Of course it has mutated and is much worse now. Hmm

Yesterday I walked into the living room to find DS with the tub of gerbil food, casually pouring it over the floor whilst saying "uh-oh... uh-oh". Didn't occur to him to STOP pouring it though. Hmm

Horribly busy at work still and knackered. Having a week off next week just to get some sleep in the day. Can't wait!
