Oh blizy :( And you have to wait til Wed to see the doctor? I don't know what to say, just look after yourself x x x x

wigglesrock · 07/04/2014 16:08

blizy Sad take care sweetheart. Hope the Dr is of some help on Wednesday. I guess you'll just have to wait & see. When is dh home?

blizy · 07/04/2014 16:14

He's home wiggles.

I had to send my mindees home and take tomorrow off, I feel so guilty about that.
We have spent the afternoon cuddled up in bed. I just hope this doesn't drag on, I want it over with quickly.

wigglesrock · 07/04/2014 17:27

I'm glad he's with you. I'm thinking of you xxx

RobinSparkles · 07/04/2014 17:27

Aw Blizy :(.

I have everything crossed for you! Don't you dare feel guilty about having to have time off. You need to put your feet up! Rest as much as you can.

I don't want to give you false hope but my sister bled a lot during early pregnancy and everything was fine. My friend did also. I really hope that everything is ok Thanks.

Hi everyone else.

americanexpat · 07/04/2014 17:28

blizy - I'm so sorry. Sad I don't know what else to say, just massive hugs. xx

Grannyapple · 07/04/2014 18:22

blizy absolutely everything crossed for you...xxx

Reastie · 07/04/2014 18:29

Oh blizy Sad . Don't feel guilty about taking tomorrow off one little bit. Have a rest and relax or whatever you feel like and fingers crossed for you. What a roller coaster of emotions you've had this week. I truly hope for the best. xx

Im hoping for the best for you too. I dont want to give you false hope but I bled with both and had early scans both times. Were all holding your hand and praying for you x

blizy · 07/04/2014 20:47

Did you have cramping as well emski? I'm not proper bleeding, just enough to smear on the loo roll when wiping. My pains have died down now, thankfully. Going to head to bed for an early night.

Emski76 · 08/04/2014 07:28

Hi Blizy. I don't remember having pains but I did feel a tugging type feeling. I hope everything's ok today. Is it worth calling your maternity unit to get a scan. Thats what I did both times. It will reassure you that all is ok perhaps.

Ledkr · 08/04/2014 07:40

blizy I had proper period pains with both girls I constantly thought I was mc. Also bled with both of them too, red blood.
When I did mc the pain was different, low down throbbing pain and no blood.
You are right to rest up them you can't blame yourself If the worst occurs.
Sending you good vibes and love xx

TheCunkOfPhilomena · 08/04/2014 09:37

Blizy I'm so sorry, I really hope you can rest today. FWIW, I had some pink/red discharge with Ben in the first month. I also had pains. Again, I don't want to give you false hope but it can happen. Thinking of you Thanks

blizy · 08/04/2014 09:49

I have just done another test still "pregnant 1-2weeks" the test on Sunday said 2-3 weeks. I have no more spotting but I pulling pains and I'm feeling bloated. I really don't want to get my hopes up, I am resigned to the fact I have lost the pregnancy. I will get blood tests tomorrow and take it from there.

TheCunkOfPhilomena · 08/04/2014 09:57

It must be such an impossible time for you and your DH, I am thinking of you and just hope you rest today. There is no way of knowing for sure what is happening atm but either way, you need to rest xx

blizy · 08/04/2014 10:10

To be honest I'm quite alright and matter of fact about it. There is nothing I can do either way, so I just need to wait it out. I'm chilling on the couch catching up with tv, just about to watch GOT- excited!

Ledkr · 08/04/2014 11:48

blizy I guess after Zoe this is nowhere near as bad, just a huge disappointment for you both.
Fingers crossed though, enjoy your rest.

ILovePonyo · 08/04/2014 13:40

Glad to hear you're feeling ok blizy, did you enjoy GoT?! I loved it! Especially the hound and arya at the end Grin

blizy · 08/04/2014 14:11

Yeah Ponyo, it was fab. Arya is one of my fav characters in it.

americanexpat · 08/04/2014 14:40

blizy - I still have my fingers crossed for you. xx

FIL is visiting. Hmm He turned up last Friday (2 days later than expected) and has been sitting on his arse ever since. DH and I both worked yesterday, I reheated some pizza for L and me since DH was working late and FIL stropped off to bed at 7:30 because no one had cooked dinner yet. Hmm DH is expecting him to disappear today while we're at work because that's the way he usually handles these things. I wouldn't be upset but he has a habit of completely disappearing with no contact and DH is afraid he'll never see him again.

blizy · 08/04/2014 16:34

American, fil sounds like a joy, I really feel for your dh.

americanexpat · 08/04/2014 17:01

blizy, we can commiserate on our wankerish FILs. At least mine lives 1400 miles away. Grin I'm just thankful DH sees him for what he is.

wigglesrock · 08/04/2014 20:27

americanexpat Shock dick - fil obviously Smile

I like my fil - although I did have a moan on Saturday about how nipping in to say hello cost me a tenner as he was doing bets for the Grand National but then my horses came in 2nd & 4th so he made me money!

I have the first 2 series of Game of Thrones on dvd but haven't watched any of it yet. I can't just seem to get in the mood for it. Mr Ws on nights all weekend so I might give it a go!

I took Anna with me to drop in her acceptance form/ settling in info to the nursery school she's going to in September. I think the penny may have finally dropped that she will have to wear a uniform Shock . The principal who'll be her teacher was talking to her about her lovely red sandals & then showed Anna a wee pair of plimsolls/ buddies/ indoors (I know there are many different names Wink ) & said you'll have to get them for school. Anna nearly told her where she could shove her much in demand nursery place Blush

Grannyapple · 08/04/2014 22:00

wiggs your girls are hilarious!

ledkr need some info advice...just found out my 16 yr old nephew is on anti psychotics (quitiapine & limotrigine)..but has no diagnosis yet. SIL is obviously v anxious about it all...he has a nurse coming to see him daily & he's not to be left alone. He sought help himself mind you, but wee soul has his exams in 4 weeks. Am I right in thinking those drugs are usually used for bi polar/manic depression??

Ledkr · 08/04/2014 22:26

Yes but also many other things.
If he's having disturbing or intrusive thoughts or feelings they would prescribe those, it could be exam stress.
It's great that he self referred but also early onset symptoms often mean no long term problems into adulthood.
Tell your sister to contact "young minds" for support and advice.
